I prefer N95 e, it won't be too expensive since I only go out once or twice a month, but yeah it's uncomfortable nga. Masakit din sa ilong yung bakal that I have to press

    hindi "allow"

    the term is ginawang mandatory

the statistics an authority posted here, some time back,
the extra advantage of the added face shield to the face mask, in preventing covid, is about an extra 1% only.

i am wondering, if using the face shield somehow lowers one's consistent use of the face mask,
perhaps that face shield is actually doing more harm than good?
that it's a case of theory actually clashing with reality?

I'm super paranoid but I hate wearing face shield. I use it as headband, wala naman sumita sakin kahapon when I had my vaccine

BTW, I didn't have any side effects except for the heavy arm last night, does that mean it isn't effective on me because I didn't have fever? Or my body's immune system is stronger?

    nopo.
    that's a wrong interpretation.
assume it's working as advertised, lest you worry yourself to death.

    most strange.
in life before covid, no one gave a hoot if one did not develop significant body discomfort after the (non-covid) vaccine.
in fact, "no discomfort" was the desired outcome.
and folks were advised for possible ill-effects...

Gov’t treats us like GS kids. But they themselves would rather not wear it.

Immune response is not the same for everyone unfortunately. Is there anything we can take that can boost our immunity doc?

face shield only protects you from large droplets

like if someone sneezes/coughs in front of your face it will block the projectiles

pero you will breathe in the aerosols generated from the sneeze/cough

kaya mali ung paniniwala face shield = face mask

pansin ko last year meron mga naka face shield di nag mamask coz they think pareho lang

"nothing that the commercials are not already advertising."
some authorities feel that if one is eating balanced meals, there is no pressing need for... additives.
but i suppose, it won't hurt to have an additional source of vitamin C and zinc...
    i myself, am on multivitamins.
there's a DOTS program in my home... Directly Observed Tagay Sa harap nimisis...
    heh heh.
