ELCB is useless without a proper grounding.

The cheapest water heater comes with free pampagising. just touch the water in the pail your'e heating then its an instant gising.

May ini-explain yung technician bakit daw matibay yan. Maghahanap ako sa aliexpess baka may mabibili baka sakali meron eh another 20years ulit.

oo mura parang 2,500 or less pa nabili decades ago.

Kahit ondoy level baha as in lumubog yung shower heater eh ayos pa din.

Matibay kasi so hindi mapapabili agad.

Where are you installing your heater? Anywhere near an exposed rebar that may run all the way below ground? All outlets should have a standard 3rd earth line by code, sir. Can't you have your electrician add? Use the universal 3-prong.

Steibel Eltron heaters have free installation. Maybe you can tap the ground onto the pipes? Some installers don't even tap the ground wire.

Pipes now are either PPR or PVC.

Fusion welds on way thicker PPR vs PVC glue. Longevity & pressure/tension thresholds. When done right, PPR joints have greater chances to be leak-free from the get go & would remain so. PVC more hit/miss + w/ constant water hammering, they can leak after a while.

PPR are rated for much higher pressure vs PVC. I use them for high pressure air lines.

Boss, sorry for asking you this. Our rented house (an old one like more than 50 years old hahaha) is modeled after an American house (much like the rest in the neighborhood).

Problema is yung normal plug natin yung 120V haha. But DIY guy naman ako so kinonvert ko sila sa 240V and during the process napansin ko nga yung 3 wires. Yung 2 wires ay 120V each at isang ground wire.

How do they do make wire? Additional cost ba ito kung magpapagawa ka ng bahay tapos may ground wiring all over the house.

In this case, just identify the specific outlets where you'll plug your appliances that ideally need grounding.... like heaters, ACs, fridges, kitchen equipment, etc. Have your electrician route an earth line for those to save on cost.
