Overall TRAIN law is really bad. The effect on inflation was not realistically calculated by this admin's finance department. Financial computations don't matter to palengke sellers, jeepney drivers/truckers and sari-sari store owners.

I still think that better tax collection like what New Zealand does is better. BBLR, for “broader bases and lower rates” is what they use. This is better in a country with such a big population such as ours but generally is poor.

Katamaran lang sa financial management yung addt'l tax esp. if it is the poor that will suffer from it.

    A good read.

Oh, the best and the brightest economists in the admin thought is all out.

Calida firm bags P15M in deals from gov't, including DOJ

MANILA, Philippines – Solicitor General Jose Calida's family-owned security firm has bagged P150.815 million in contracts from 6 government agencies, including the Department of Justice (DOJ), since he became the Philippine government's top lawyer.

Calida's company, Vigilant Investigative and Security Agency Incorporated, won 10 government contracts between August 2016 and January 2018, based on award notices accessed by Rappler.

Two of these contracts, worth P12.4 million, were with the DOJ, which prepares the budget of the Office of the Solicitor General (OSG). Vigilant bagged them in 2017.

“China comes with a lot of money and says you can borrow this money,” Dr. Mahathir said in an interview before Wednesday’s vote. “But you must think, ‘How do I repay?’ Some countries see only the project and not the payment part of it. That’s how they lose chunks of their country. We don’t want that.”

natawa ako kay calida nang mga ambush interview ng press peeps kahapon. the normally verbose solgen can only mutter, "it's none of your business," and walk briskly away when asked about the spurious contracts his family owned security agency entered into w/ gov't run entities.

paano pa kaya kung tanungin siya about the alleged interoffice affair he supposedly has w/ his underling. that'll be something worthwhile to watch in light of the de lima allegations he made before

Cayetano: Duterte ready for war in West Philippine Sea | Inquirer Global Nation
Ayan na! Our brave & mighty leader ready to wage war.
Lumang istorya na yan. Just to ease the apprehensions of his critics & to fool the people that their great & mighty leader is ready to defend our territory. War is not the approach dickhead. All he has to do is continue our protest with the U.N. Bet you in a few days time, tone will change. Amazing thing is, may naniniwala pa dito.

Oh di ba maganda benefits nung nilaunch tokhang.

In the first place dapat may sariling parking.

Dapat din after matapos term presdu eh simulan na yung no parking eh bawal bumili kotse.

And i really want itong barangay system na umayos. Ang pangit eh. Saan ka nakakita squatter tapos kagawad. Tapos mga tanod mukhang pusher.

    dreamy,

    syempre presidente = duterte

vice president = dito ako nahirapan. cayetano vs leni. Pero im into reading body language, facial contour and eye movements. Something is off nung time na yun.

No Permanent Address.

Tapos may videoke. Yan videoke is the worst invention talaga. So barriotic.

Look at quezon avenue corner araneta ave, tatalon and sto domingo. All kinds of the underworld eh nanjan. They are somewhat behave right now. Marami tokhang hindi umaabot sa news.
