The President will award Boracay land (probably including the prime locations) to "farmers" who are nothing more than dummies.

After 5 or 10 years (depending on the restriction), the land can be sold or transferred to Digong's politician friends, effectively re-distributing what is prime beach property and enriching those who previously had no way of owning land in Boracay. They, in turn, partner with some foreign resort developer to put up a world class beach resort and the rest is...ka ching!

I voted for the the guy, because he is clearly the lesser evil at that time. I never thought he will show his real colors later on.

Watch out for NFA. He told everybody that he is going to dissolve it because it failed to provide cheap rice for the masses and accuse the agency of meddling with rice cartels. First you have to travel back in time, in 2016, when the presidential debate was on going. Dutere bares with conviction his plans on how to destroy rice cartels. There was a graph circulating over Twitter that sums up the trend from 2016 to present, of what had happen to NFA rice stocks when DU30 assumes office -- There were no order placed, no imports undertaken -- the stocks were deliberately shortened. The supply of NFA dwindled down. But we can all notice there were no shortage of NFA rice -- only "news and Warnings" of shortage intended to create a fuss and justify the rising prices of NFA rice. 28 pesos NFA rice now sold at 35 to 38 pesos.

Question is how is it even possible? NFA not importing NFA Rice, but in the market there are expensive NFA rice being sold? Does this scheme sound familiar? Yes, rice cartels manipulate the supply to create a justifiable price jump.

Now du30 wanted to dissolve the agency and then what? Give the authority to rice cartels for buying and selling NFA rice at a higher standard price? Sounds like he wanted to privatized NFA -- so watch out.


I'm not holding my breath if chinese-backed group will manage the new NFA. I heard that in China, there is over supply of rice, they number 9 in the world rice exporters, and wanted to be the top 5.

Kinondisyon niya kasi na there is no other alternative to friendship with China except war. Even some of my colleagues with masters and doctorates believe his lie. Either we give our wholehearted friendship or the PLA will march down Edsa and there is nothing to stop them.

There is still hope though. I was talking with some PTV and PCOO staff a few months ago in Legaspi and they candidly asked what I think about Du30. I said I can possibly, maybe look the other way on his drug program. But sana naman, at least grow a spine against China. They said, they feel the same way.

I was listening to the conversation of my nephew's yaya and our laundrywoman earlier today and i was impressed w/ the way they articulated the china-digong partnership. They were pretty well versed w/ the situation and the muck we're in.

No surprise i guess because i think they're really feeling the rising inflation rate being in the lower eco bracket and all. The yaya even mentioned families back in their province are no longer receiving their 4P's allocation for almost a year now. And yet the dswd branch over there cannot provide a decent answer as to why. I suspect the 4P's money allocated to their area is being rerouted to somewhere else
