    It was at 4B in 2018 - mostly confidential funds. Past admins' (Roxas to Pnoy) highest was during Pnoy at 2.11B in 2015.
    Duterte's intel funds is double that. Justified naman, kasi this admin is in dire need of intelligence, especially in the communications department where intelligence is lacking.

    Kaya nga parang useless din yang FOI na pinirmahan ni PDigong. Yung mga dapat sana kasi na makikita eh yun ang mga exemptions. hehe

    Wala din, nakatago pa din mga gusto nila itago. Although data or info re national defense and security eh understood naman na talagang dapat exempted.

    ^^^ Correct.
    FOI doesnt cover confidential state fundings. A sort of executive privilege.
    So whatever happens to those funds, it's not for us to know. We can only speculate or check if it was put to good use -- in this case, I dont see any intelligence so far.

    Mabuti naman umalma ang peza. Mawawalan kasi sila trabaho din.

    Pero tama lang na umalma kasi madaming investors ang lilipat. Mostly tatamaan is bpo and manufacturing industry.

    Dapat lang! If there is one govt agency na walang corruption and very easy to deal with, no red tape.. It's the PEZA under DE Lima. Itong si plaza, ewan ko lang from Political dynasty rin kasi.
