If it's possible, then you don't really need the KSTC to do it, you can make one yourself, since the principle is quite simple.
Or even better, just choke your air filter and muffler... less air entering/exiting the engine means less gas consumed... but it also means very poor performance.

So, all I would need for my own Khaos Super Tubo ChargerTM would be an air breather (Simota, P500-P1000), a spring-loaded valve (P150?) to close the Breather under vacuum pressure at higher engine speeds (to prevent power-loss / bogging) and a plastic fitment pipe and rubber seal to fit it all... (under P100)...
So... what are we waiting for... want to go into partnership and sell?

sir ghosthunter, kahapon pala nasulat sa isang TABLOID ang KHAOS na dinemo in front of Sir Defensor.... then nagpakabit ang iilang officials pati na ang LTO makati head ata. kasi daw effective ito at sabi rin na tinest din daw ito sa automotive testing center sa taiwan.. sensya na coz nabasa ko lang siya sa pilipinas tonight ba yun hehe nakibasa lang po ako kaya d ko masyado maclear ang details... wala nga lang din sinabi kung panu gumagana

How was the testing done? What equiptment? Was a control used? (example: before & after) Who was looking over to see and check if it was being done correctly (preferably someone with competent knowledge of cars).

yan ang the best ang gamit ni andy. i'm also using that sa slex or nlex not more than 2k rpm
but what's funny is i bought the Planas thing for my other car. it's 2.0 kasi, curious lang. and i would like to believe na it saves gas para hindi sayang pera ko. hehe...OT yata ako...
