August 25th, 2010 03:51 PM #562bakit yung clutch fan ko kahit long travel na ingay parin? dapat siguro mag lagay ako thermostat? kasi ang bagal ng makina humatak pag bagsak ang temp. ng 1/4....mahal kasi ng compressor hehehe
kanina sobrang init parang fan aircon ko

gud am mga sirs.....well ayos na carb ko....may menor na ulit and ayos na idling ng engine...di na nag stall ang engine pag biglaan ang tapak sa gas pedal...problem is napansin ko medyo hirap ang hatak ng makina pag hi speed na more than 80kph....replaced everything na nga maybe there is something that i over look na kailangan paayos.....new tune up new change oil adjust na tappets (wrong spelling) not sure of the terms hehehe but still not happy with my ride. well first diagnosis after repairing the carbs was tukod daw clutch ko since i replaced it with new ones since mataas ang rev at walang hatak pag 3rd gear up...adjusted it at sagad na adjustment and wala na tukod but at high speed medyo mabagal ang reaction ng car at parang hirap na siya well for a 2.0 ltr engine kailangan chicken feed lang siyang mag 100kph. one point said that i might have a low gear na differential kaya daw mabagal w/c i dont believe since i see vanettes out there sa hway na hataw naman..also cant pinpoint the problem since my consumption is averaging 6.5 to 7 km./ltr which i am ok na with it.
also, the a/c system is ok na....replaced the compressor with orig surplus compressor na pang vanette din...problem is laging lumuluwag ang belts kaya di ko magamit ng matagalan dahil sobra ingay.....3rd time to replace the belts..una lumuwag ang belt then adjust kaso humaba na so i replaced it with a shorter one kaso naputol agad...sabi sobra sikip daw kaya balik ako sa orig na belt size kaso na stretch ulit to the point na di na kaya i adjust so pang 3rd na ito na lumuwag....what would be the causing this problem...help naman...pinatanggal ko pa naman ang tint at akala ko perfect na a/c ko....what would be the orig a/c belt size ng vanette ba...di kaya pulley naman pero pantay naman pag sinilip namin ng mekaniko...hay still mga 3 steps behind to perfect my ride...hirap talaga

August 26th, 2010 05:42 PM #569*rjburgos: bumili ka pala ng orig na aircon compressor. hanep. yung sa akin nasira recently yung compressor. kinailangan palitan yung magnetic(not sure what this is) dahil grounded daw yung compressor. I asked Nisway kung magkano yung compressor and muntik ako mahulog sa upuan. 32k! Kaya remedyo na muna yung compressor although di ko alam kung tatagal. May sinabing replacement part mga 16k. anyone tried this before and sulit nga ba?
Grounded din daw yung auxiliary fan kaya nagpalit din. Recommended din sa akin na palitan daw yung fan belt at adjuster pulley(tama ba to?). Nagtaka lang ako kung bakit naging grounded yung aircon compressor at aux fan samantalang ok naman siya. anybody has thoughts on this?
