If the carburetor'ed Vanette can run with Shell E10, well and good for all of us here. I just want to be on the safe side as I understand that E10 is recommended on fuel-injected vehicles... We can always check with the manufacturer, though.

Ah, you didn't know that when you add LPG-kit to gas engines, you can still use gas. There's a switch if you want to use LPG or gas.
Now that E10 is more widely available, you can now see for yourself that a Vanette can use E10.

The Vanette has more then enough space to take in either a cylinder tank in the trunk (and it will improve the ride with the added weight) or a toroidal tank in the spare tire area. What matters really is to go to a good/recommended installer.

I've been using LPG on my Altis for well over a year already.

Has anyone tried using gas shocks in their Vanette then inverting the rear helper spring (the lowest leaf spring "molye")? I did this on my Nissan Frontier before and it did wonders to the ride quality.
Na-Ondoy ang Vanette ko. Lubog buong van hanggang bubong.
Pero after major cleaning and minor repair plus tuneup in gas and tuneup in LPG, ok na po ulit lahat.
Again, my Vanette has no issue with E10 ever since.
My kids are sitting directly on top of the tank. I have no worries. It is super safe, and in some circumstances, LPG is safer than gas. Read the LPG thread here.
No, I haven't tried gas shocks.

Yes, this is very true. Wala! Lahat yan malakas sa gas! In that case, the Vanette is not inferior in terms of gas consumption when compared to other gas vans.

So, total sa 2 kotse = 125L..

Van is the obvious (logical) choice....

    Thanks for the clarification bro.

On the E10,- I guess you mean that there is no issue with the way the van drives, right? Have you inspected the fuel lines and the carb? I am just benchmarking with you, because I myself have not felt any degradation in the van's performance nor seen any physical manifestation with using E10....TIA.
