Walang problem ang navara sa aircon. Peds navara is already past 3 years old. Most of the navara at the club are past 2 years old and walang problem sa truck nila. Nissan is known for their airconditioning system, even in summer days kahit 1 lang setting mo walang problem, malaming pa rin

If your unit is still under warranty its best to bring your unit to any dealership but jf your unit is already out of tge 3 years warranty period you can opt to bring your unit to any servitek or youcan also try bringing your unit to wheelers suspension haus located at nicanor roxas in between d tuazon and banawe.

Wala naman effect if you can your tires aslong as hindi siya under and oversized. Magiiba lang naman yun readig ng odometer and speedometer once you change your tires to an under or oversized tires. Some would notice na masmaingay yun A/T tires compared sa H/T ones. Others would complain naman na harsher ride kung naka A/T tires. In terms of width naman, some would go as far as 285 width ng tires without rubbing issue during tight turns.

Have your unit check muna sa dealership baka yun dual mass clutch system na damage na. Medyo costly yan kung sakali, the dual mass alone would cost 70k.

what i mean by changing tires is change it to street tires same size as my current (235/75/R15).

    ^^^

Try checking the number of ply the street tire has but if you dont carry that much load then using a street tire is ok

Most of the turbo units which was damage is mainly due to the dirty air filter where in at WOT the intake hose cave in due to air stravation. Personnally i havent expirience it coz i got myself a hurricane drop in filter after a few kilometers on my odometer. I just clean my filter once a month.

With regards to the clutch issue, the manual model of the navara comes with dual mass clutch system. The pros for this kind of clutch system is less vibration felt inside the cabin infact you can hardly feel your driving a gas powered vehicle, its very comfortable. The con is once you felt there are any changes with regards to the power, stiff shifting, clutch sliding you better have it clean right away before the dual mass got damage. It really depends on how you take care a navara truck. You can abuse it as much as you want to but you also needs to give some needed TLC at the same time. Oh my truck is a 5AT since im always stuck at traffic that is why i opted to get myself a matic. Before i forget the navara and the 350z share the same tranny both on manual and matic. With this you can be assured of its durability but again dont forget to take care of it too.

In terms of maintenace cost, im averaging around 4k per pms. So far i havent replaced any engine, suspension and body parts except for the usual oil filter, primary oil/water seperator. Thats the only truck in the market that comes with dual filter thats why you can hardly hear navara with SCV and injector problems. Each brands has its own pros and cons its really up to you to decide.

The 4x2 comes with abs/ebd while the brute doesnt has. Brute has built in LSD while the 4x2s doesnt have. Brute has a softer ride compared to the 4x2. Maximum load for the 4x2 is 1 ton while the brute can only carry 800 kgs. In height the rute is taller by 1.5 inches compared to the 4x2. Interior differs in color, brute has gray interior in color while the 4x2 has biege naman. Engine power is the same with 144ps/356NM. Brute doesnt come with add ons like painted front bumper, chrome accent grille, rain visors, stepboards, fog lamps.

Yep, readily available yun brute sa local market plus now it doesnt come in color white only. Ive seen some maroon colored brute.

Share ko lang with my coolant problem..

Symptoms - silica deposits, more deposits and corrosion, cavitation in the core

Simple test - old coolant 2balls down, new coolant all balls up, stray voltage electrolysis passed

Coolant - Old, 1st flush, new 50/50 mixed

BTW, Radiator fluid cleared only after 3rd flush (dumped it in the garden ).. 5Liters of distilled water still trapped inside engine(i cant locate the engine block drainplug) so i only added 5L coolant concentrate.. Also, drained the reservoir because its contaminated then refilled with new.

Bakit po pala mas mahal yung retail price nang brute compare sa 4x2 e andami pala kulang compare sa 4x2. Maganda lang sa brute is taller height compare sa 4x2 and also the built in LSD.

Think of it this way sir. The price difference of a high end 4x4 and the high end 4x2 is at 300k. With brute UMC was able to bring down the price of a 4x4 entry level. All the missing goodies of the brute would cost you roughly less than 80k including the bed liner to make a brute look like a 4x2 unit exteriorly.

    Quick DIY Rear-Differential Oil change

    1. Remove drain plugs and drain

    2. Clean Drain/Re-fill plugs

    3. Replace drain plug, use appropriate sealant, torque to specs

    4. Pour in the new oyL

    5. Replace re-fill plug use appropriate sealant and torque to specs. Wipe clean excess oil on the carrier cover

    Material specs:
    Drain/Re-fill Tool: Robertson(Square) 3/8"
Oil: Motul Gear Competition 75w140 fully synthetic(that's whats on the manual and stamped in the carrier cover)
Sealant: Threebond 1215 or Equivalent (i used 1104 rubber sealant)
    Plug Torque: Drain - 27 N.m, Filler - 34 N.m

Magkano inabot ng disc? Anong odo reading ng truck mo? Laging loaded?
Asper my experience dapat sabay yung tatlo palit, parang magkaka partner kasi yan. Kahit release bearing lang sana..

sa casa din ginawa sir? it's possible to have transmission work outside the dealer's for 80k (replace dual mass, clutch lining, release bearing, and if the mechanics forget to remove the crank sensor before removing the tranny... well, crank sensor narin)
