powder-coated na nga lang sya ng black saka with tires. medyo mahirap maghanap ng OEM 4x4 ngayon, wala masyado nagpapakawala since konti lang din ang choices sa aftermarket wheels due to the PCD.

Hey guys. earlier this evening, the panel instrument of my nav says OIL LOW after turning the ignition on and the oil change sign blinks too. I'm now on my 4,150 mileage and I'm wondering that maybe it's a bit too early to show signs of low level of oil given that I made its first PMS at almost exactly 1,000 mileage reading on the odometer.

I've read some older post that it could be a glitch that's causing this. Is it confirmed?

Hi sir maybe you parked your nav in a incline position.

Do you drive like a daredevil one like most of the guys here including myself? I had this experience before after my first PMS. After that incident, i change to a lower viscosity oil and never ezperienced it again

Hi there. Thanks for your advice.

My parking is fairly flat horizontally and not inclined.
Here are my thoughts of what's causing it:

-Recently not using the truck for Four(4) days.
-The truck's almost on its 5,000 mileage reading.
-The former oil change (1st PMS) did not have enough oil used. (Only my own assumption up until I have checked the oil level tomorrow if I'm not busy)

And BTW, I have not yet driven the truck like a daredevil or even touched the 6th gear transmission

UPDATE:

Tried it again and this time, in a hot, sunny afternoon. Well suprisingly it now displays the "good" sign in the panel.

Was it a computer glitch? or tama ba talaga yung oil level reading ng computer?

That happened to me once too when I was still using 15w-40 dino oil. After parking it, a couple of hours later I checked the dipstick and it was fine. Now that I'm using a 5w-40 FS, never happened again. Medyo malapot nga yung oil they use in the casa.

helo sir! i had the same experience, but it occurred to me 4 times.. at the same parking spot (open space at work) and the same weather condition- after a heavy rain during a sunny day (after 5pm).. but only for some 30-40 secs after starting the engine then the "oil low" and blinking lights turns off.. nissan technicians told me that "maybe" its a sensor glitch.. that's why i made it a habit to check my dip stick every morning.

From 2350, ngayon 2900 na yung 4Litres. Kung per litre naman, P900 so kung 8Litres 7.2k langis pa lang

Im thinking to switch ano recommended nyo?

1. stay loyal to motul + baldwin filter =
2. top1 + baldwin filtre good for 5k kms
3. Royal Purple + baldwin good for 5k kms
4. Castrol diesel truck + baldwin for 10k kms

May 5L pa ako dito ng 10W-40 Crdi Specific Motul 2,000 petot lang, baka mahirap lang maghanap ng pangdagdag na 10W-40.

Nagtaas na daw ng price ang motul. The oil i used to get from them from 495 per liter now its already 640 per liter. Good thing my own import oils are already here.

Pass muna ako sa motul. Eto muna susubukan ko P500/Qt. P550 bentahan sa Banawe

Binaba at nilinisan ko yung intercooler & hoses last weekend using joy (tnx pedic for the tip), so far puro langis lang from pcv ang nalinis ko wala nun buhangin..

Question. Talaga bang parang nagbabate(taas-baba) etong VGT solenoid kung idle ang makina?? encircled
