    Good evening Strada Gurus:

I was able to purchase the map light for the higher end strada models. Pakakabit ko sana sa casa para sa aking GLX, but it appeared that the guys who checked it out weren't very familiar with the job. Can anyone point me to where a better alternative may be?

Salamat and more power to you all!

Hi' I just acquired the Strada Gls a week ago, I installed the retractable (aluminum)cover in one of the shop in Banawe, in order the rail will fit in, they have to cut the upper edge of the (stock) bed liner both side, including the area of the rear tires cover. Though it is not "bistado " but if you peek down ,it is ugly aftermath. stock lashing anchor or rope clips has no use anymore, I have to to install that will fit the top liner. My question is will I find one in the hardware or any store in Banawe that cater this kind of stuff, or maybe I will resort to stainless hand rail. Thank you very much for any inputs you can share.

Welcome to tsikot.com and welcome to the mitsubishi strada thread, sir RTS. You mentioned you acquired a Strada GLS, is this previously owned? Is the engine displacement of your strada, 2.5L or 3.2L?

Also, may I suggest that you post pictures of the things that you are describing so the readers will have an idea of the problem and may be able to reply accordingly?

Lastly, may I invite you to join us in The Strada Club of the Philippines? You may want to visit our club's website: http://www.stradaclubph.com

Nice powerful truck you got there, sir RTS. Congratulations and we're sure that you will enjoy dressing her up. Does she have a name?

I'm just wondering why the original owner sold his/her strada.

welcome to the thread. from my observation of the roller-up lid, I didn't notice they cut the upper edge of the bed liner. as far as I know, its still there. calling brian, please clarify. muhkang panget naman that they cut the upper part of the bed liner...if that is the case..kitang kita ang metal ng bed side top.

Actually it is not the top that was cut but the underneath about 2 inches ,it will not be noticeable unless you peek the underneath, true the metal body is exposed and future seepin of water or dirt likely to happen, so im planning to seek the help of upholstery guy to wrap or patch up a long (fore & up) sheet of durable synthetic sheet, about 6 inches width, another expenses to the mounting cost of dressing up . I'm planning to have her a leatherette seat cover but not a smooth transition due my wife dislike the idea dahil mainit daw like our pajero ,the leather when exposed under the sun fried eggs ang labas. Any comments about the idea of leatherette seat covers or I'll just go to the traditional cloth material. My other car is nagseselos because she is not pampered like the lady strada.
