Ganito ba talaga mga SA sa Mitsubishi? First, pinag-agawan ang P.O. ko and I went to the best offer of course, they promised the unit will be with me this Saturday. But to no avail, wala. They don't call you, no follow ups, nothing. I call them, but they don't answer.
They text you when they want to.
I understand if its just a recently released model, but THIS is a two year old model for crying out loud!
Makes me think of getting the Navara instead. No build issues and readily available.
Sir Idoy, have you seen the crash test sa you tube??
That's one of the reason i was dissapointed sa dmax (my 1st choice sana nka reserve na sa casa) & navara (pricey)..i'm not trying to confuse your plan but try just search sa you tube for strada crash test & you will see these 3 pickups tested...Toyota i'm using here saudi is really a bouncy ride, consume fuel fast, pricey etc....
I had 1yr researching & testing actual ride before i decide the strada.. mabosisi then ako...just my idea for you for these models currently but its still up to you..
Cheers.

For info. Thanks.
if you really think that the navarra is the best to suit your needs and there are no build issues, then go for it. we are not here to make a sales pitch in behalf of mitsubishi but merely to help you in making an intelligent decision. the navarra is a great truck, surely you wont regret buying it. kung ganyan ang treatment sa iyo ng SA ng mitsubishi, you dont deserve it... hard earned money mo yan... and customer satisfaction is one of the main reason in buying a car.
buti na lang wala ako major na reklamo sa dealer ko, hehehe![]()
i'm sorry for your experience with SA from Mitsubishi. Maybe they are right in the availability of a Black GLS Sports, but it's also bad to give false hope. If your SA is treating you like this, take your business elsewhere. You can already see that this will be how they will treat you once they delivered the unit to you and get their commission.
You may PM me and get the number of my SA. I might not be able to guarantee a delivery from her, but she has been consistent in answering my inquiries even after 1 year from my purchase.
Now on the Navara, your right, no bad issues, but let us think why it is readily available and they even have a promo... could it be sales are not that good? why? that i dont know....
I know at the end of the day, you will make a great decision.
my SA texted me and confirmed a price increase for next year. With regards to the new facelift strada, no update from MMPC so they still don't know when that will arrive our shores.
ooba99,
ganun ba? i'll verify na lang the next time i go there if it needs to be changed every 5k kms. thanks for the info!
i'm in alabang town center as i type. drove through slex. ang sarap grabe! 120kph at the most but you can feel the engine accelerate with confidence. going up to baguio for the holidays. hehehe. i can't wait.
i also enjoyed swatting away those pesky taxi drivers, by the way. hahaha!!!
idoy,
ibang klase talaga ang mitsu when it comes to, how shall i say it, "soft skills". let's just say that their customer service skills are as rugged as their trucks
as i said, very low expectations. sinugal ko naman pera ko sa strada kasi alam ko na subok na yung truck. it was the other way around when i got my mazda 3 back in '04. i had high expectations with their service because the product was untested locally as a commercially available vehicle a la toyota and honda. ford service was reputedly good on average so i was hoping it would spill over to mazda. and with them being new back then, they would have to have excellent customer service in order for them to survive.
i'd go buy the strada kasi meron din naman talagang "libog" factor. it gets my juices going. a damn beautiful truck for the price point. the others... talagang utilitarian. imo, yung strada parang mazda 3. they both changed the game when they came out.
pero whatever floats your boat man. whatever "picks you up". hehehe. good luck![]()
*idoy, im sorry to hear about the inconvenience of getting yourself a Strada. i do hope that you will consider the response of av8or5 and thepatriarch (i agree with them too). yes, please feel free to PM thepatriarch and/or av8or5 for their contacts at the dealers if u like. im sure it will help you in the coming days.
to add to skippy's response, aside from the Mazda 3, i would also count the Lancer EX also!
thanks and happy holidays...
btw- may i know your location?

Mga Sirs, our Strada just reached 1,000 kms. Thus, we need to change oil, talaga bang 5,000 pesos lahat magpa change oil? I need information about this kasi sobrang mahal and advice lang po kung if what's the best oil or brand of oil and filter ang gagamitin. Thanks.
