Last year, i shared above quoted message which then according to mechanics of Freeway Cab was "learning process" daw ng computer which up until now is still on "learning process stage" kasi nandoon pa yung sound.

The sound is now lound and clear enough to be heard, its like a liquid leaking heavily from punctured high-pressure-hose. It is not there when the engine is started when cold then it will come-out kapag hot na siya. Still intermittent ang sound, hihina, lalakas, mawawala then babalik.

Mga ka-STRADA o mga naka 4M41 intercooler-turbo engine, may ganito rin ba kayung experience? Please share so that our units will be fixed without trial and error on the part of mechanics.

Bro GerNavallo, I think I also noticed that same sound sa Strada ko after my 1k PMS kaya inisip ko dati baka may nakalikot sila sa casa. Then after I changed to TurboXP on my 5k PMS, the sound became less audible pero minsan lumalakas. Since di naman affected performance, di ko na pinansin. I checked the past few days kung may same sound pa, pero wala na. Mine has logged 13,000km x 10 months. Hope we hear from other 4M41 owners.

its been 700kms since my 1k pms with turbo XP on the 3.2 4m41, so far wala naman akong naririnig as what you describe. except for a ticking sound coming from under the engine. pina check ko na uli sa casa but they told me that it might just be normal pero I'll bring it to a different casa to have a second opinion.

mga fellow BOSBs 5.5k na yung odo reading ko time for PMS na naman. ano yung ma advice nyo na oil gagamitin? or yung casa nlng bahala? nawala ko kasi yung receipt sa 1k PMS ko kaya di ko masabi ano yung ginamit nila pag una. i have read somewhere na may some oils daw na mag i-increase nlng FC? basta as what i know pag mga 1st to 3rd change oil ka pa mag i-improve pa yung FC mo.

I was adviced to bring it to CASA on Monday dahil fresh from training daw yung kanilang Chief Mechanic. I will share the result.

About FC in SCtex ay 9.2 L/100 Km at 2,000 rpm at 100km/H meaning 10.87 km/l. Kapag 2,500 rpm at laro sa 110 to 130 km/H ay nasa 9.5 to 9.6 L/100km. Kapag City driving bale average of 10L/100km. I think this is consistent sa brochure ng Mitsubishi for Strada Sport.

Ang odometer reading ng unit ko ay 7,991 for one year kasi every 60/15 days ang rotation ko at during leave ko lang siya nagagamit mainly travelling to Baguio City, Manila, Subic and Clark.

sir nimo26, this would depend on your SA and the service manager. i'd suggest you talk to them first and here what they have to say....some managers and SA's will say that doing so would void the warranty, while others would say that it's ot a problem so long as the changes done/made will still be within the max specs for our rides. Now with regards to the max specs, only the people from the casa can answer that.
but if you're going to stick to the terms of the warranty word for word, yes doing your changes would void the warranty, but again pwede naman pagusapan ang mga ganyang bagay between you and your SA. I'd also suggest you include the Service manager when you do so, para may kaunting tibay ang paguusapan ninyo

unfortunately, void ang warranty mo sa suspension...

It depends on you bro, you can have the shock absorbers done first and if you are not satisfied with the ride comfort then have the coil springs done. But if you are thinking of upgrading your tires & mags it would be probably be more convenient to have shocks & springs done at the same time. On my part I had both done at the same time before I upgraded my tires to a MT Baja ATZ Radial R17, needed the extra lift of the springs for clearance of the tires. As for the price, my apologies but lost track of my costs. But as of my reckoning their prices fluctuate depending on the prevailing exchange rate since they don't keep too many stocks on hand.

yeah, i got Mickey Thompson shoes sa strada ko... i dont know kung placebo effect lang pero pakiramdam ko mas gumanda ang ride when I installed the AT tires... yun na rin kunin mo sir!

sir tanung ko lang if you are experiencing ah slight steering wheel shake when you change you tires with M/T ATZ?

kasi sir if Im right we both have the same mags and tires 265/70 and 17" stock mags.

sakin kasi sir I feel a lights shake on my steering wheel when just before reaching the 100kph mark but it dis appears when I pass it..

maari bang sa balancing lang ng tires eh mali or sa suspension na yun?

guys parang tunog ng fuel pump yun.. nagpa-prime sya para may pressure pag start.. try nyo naka-on yun susi pero wag nyo start may tunog.. pag off nawawala.. pag umaandar na may vacuum na sa engine so no need for the pump to run.. there's nothing to be woried about..

by thw way, benta ko to for 4x2 owners.. baka may interesado, murang mura lang! pwede pa i-audition.. amp nalang kailangan boom boom na!

Sir locoroco, the M/T ATZ Radial Traditional that I have on my ride is 265x70R17. When I had it installed at Auto Options I felt the shake at around 100kph. I had it rebalanced at Goodyear Servitek and the shake disappeared.
