sir, did u complain about the "kiti-kiti"of the steering wheel of your strada? did u experience bump steer or sudden change of direction after hitting potholes? thanks

i dont own one, but feedback it's not water tight unlike the sports lids. you can also try Leira GNey enterprise near goldcars in banawe, meron na daw sila roller-up only P29,500. a little cheaper than goldcars P33k.

hello newbie lng po ako dito mga sirs, just wanna ask if ano talaga right way pag mag break-in? kasi nka order na kami ng strada glx concerned lng ako sa pag break in saw a link bout proper way of breaking-in but too techy for me kasi eh, i hope someone can explain it to me in lame man's term

and also planning to switch to 18's but still looking for the right rim to put on my strada. saw the mitsubishi triton panther concept ok din. do you guys have pics of your strada with rims on it? and oh,yea btw, black na color and inoder namin black tint too. should i still put fenders on it na colored balck din? or ok na kung wla? ano sa tingin nyo?

actually sir maraming schools of thought for the proper vehicle break-in...the best way to go about this would be to talk to your dealer and see what they would suggest. personally i drove mine past 140 the day after i got it. heheheheeh ang important lang naman is not to stay in any one single speed, you have to play around with your speed muna. pero you have to take it slowly, get the feel of the ride muna.

join our little happy group when you get your vehicle!! seeing our rides personally is much better than looking at them through pictures.

we're having a mini eb tomorow night at the ortigas home depot area. just look for the stradas.

the boys are there around 8pm. let us know if you're dropping by.

the usual way to break-in is to limit your speed to 100km/hr max... no sudden acceleration and decceleration... and after 1000 kms, hataw na! hehehe

if you plan to switch to 18 rims, be prepared to kiss your suspension warranty goodbye! otherwise, mag-17 ka muna until matapos ang warranty period...

may mini eb ang strada club tomorrow night sa ortigas home depot compound... you can check out the modifications done by the members to their respective rides... mine is also a black glx... ok yan, dumadami na tayo! hahahaha

from cebu ka pala sir... docglen and i will go there on june 20-23 to get our advance scuba open water license... maybe we can have an EB there for you if you really want to be part of the strada club...

regarding sa warranty and sa rims... 17 ang pinakamalaking standard issue for the stock 2008 gls sports... so same stock specs dapat ang nakalagay sa strada mo para i-honor ng dealer ang warranty mo for the suspension... if they see you putting bigger rims (18 above) and/or different specs sa stock rims, they will void the warranty because having bigger/different rims will subject your suspension to more stress compared to the stock rims. it does not necessarily mean that installing bigger/different rims shall damage your suspension pero more at risk na ang strada mo kaya nila i-void ang warranty. but kung tapos na ang warranty period (100,000 kms or 3 years, whichever is sooner) then wala na silang sagutin sa warranty kaya kung gusto mo talaga, you are free to install bigger mags by that time. pero kung di ka na makahintay talaga and money is not a problem for you, then itodo mo na ang porma immediately paglabas sa casa! hehehehe... i hope malinaw explanation ko... sensya na kung bomalabs ha

the sports lid at carryboy, if they have it in stock to have it body colored, i think around 7-10 days. you can try goldcars/goldrich if they have it in stock so when your here in manila, they can have it installed right away.
