    Good evening mga BOSBs!

I'd like to share my experience with installing s GSR Sportlid. I got mine in GoldRich in Banawe. It's located at the Max's side of Banawe. Anyways, after haggling for the price from Ate Leony, and of course with the help of Sir Mike, the club - or so they say, got a special price for the GSR for 46k lang. About 2k difference from Carryboy. After paying my downpayment, they already commissioned their painters to custom paint the sportlid. The painting took about 1 day to do. Anyways, I arrived in their shop at about 2pm to install the lid. After waiting for about 30 mins for the installer to arrive, the installation began.

They started drilling my plastic bed liner for the brackets. Tinanong ko kung meron pa bang ibang way. Sabi nila yun daw talaga ginagawa nila. And since too late na din naman to ask around members kung ganon nga talaga, I decided to let them do it. Sabi ko lang as long as walang butas sa body, ok lang. The installation lasted for about 5 hours. Anyways, good news naman is napantay naman nila. I think dapat meron kase ampangit.

Isa pa palang aspect nung pagiinstall is yung wiring sa ilaw ng third brake light and nung ceiling light nung sportlid.

Anyways, after paying up - i got tons of freebies from Ate Leony. Hehehe. Pero dapat kahit na sinong club members me freebies! Hahaha. Ayon, she actually showed me tons of accessories for the strada. Kaso, ubos nang budget sa sportlid.

So yon, all in all it was a nice experience for me. Ampogi pogi na ng strada ko. Kaso para shang nakatsinelas parin. Next up: bili ko sha ng magagandang sapatos!

hello guys.. i wish to join your humble group.. kakabili ko lang GLX last week..

let me introduce myself, CJ po, dati nakong member ng tsikot but i seem to have forgotten the password of my old account so gawa nalang ulit ng bago..

why i chose STRADA? well ever since i saw the first units out in the streets, i told myself that i WANTED a STRADA! reminds me of my pajeroEVO.. hehe!

eto po ride ko.. pic taken 2days after i got the unit..

work in progress pa po.. so far i've installed the following stiff..
    18x9 gram lights
    flat black flares

guys baka may makatulong sakin maghanap ng side mouldings.. yung sa pinto, kamukha ng sa GLS 4x4.. future plans(mga 2weeks in the future! hehe! ) ko po turbo timer, roller lid and roll bars..

sa interior naghahanap ako ngayon ng genuine leather material para maging insert sa synthetic leather seats.. atsaka naghahanap rin ako ng compact na subwoofer to fit behind the seats.

what can i say? ganda talaga ng strada natin! kakaadik mag setup! hehe! 30yrs old nako but i feel like i'm in high school again and just got my first car!

welcome to the thread sir cj! ganda naman ng strada mo!

pareho tayo ng pakiramdam when I first got my strada, even days before I got it, di ako makatulog in anticipation... even up to now, im still in love with my ride

sa side mouldings, it would seem na casa lang ang meron. pero napakamahal, 16k isang set compared sa 8.5k sa body cladding, so i opted to buy cladding na lang.

when it comes to interiors, I went to Seatmate sa mandaluyong for that. magaling and pulido silang gumawa

do join us sa Strada Club... every friday night may mini EB sa Ortigas Home Depot compound. you can check out the different modifications the members installed in their rides and you'll learn tons of information about sa strada... and we may learn from you as well.

Enjoy your stay here... kung medyo matyaga ka, you may backread hundred of pages dito sa thread... pero i assure you ang dami mong matutunan dito.

    Drive inspired!

sir, are you referring to the rain gutters sa windows? delikado ang china baka mag-fade or mag-crack agad... try to look sa ibang shops... good brands are deflector and EGR (tama ba?)

Welcome to the new owners of this great truck.

Kenpogi: thanks for sharing us your experience with the sportslid. Can't wait to see your ride again.

CJ: nice set of shoes. If you dont mind, maybe you can post the cost of your rims and tires so others will have an idea.

Romwell: nice truck with body colored fender flares. One of our new members boy25 bought a toolbox at carryboy. I just don't know exactly how much it set him back. I know he is a lurker on this thread with his wife Edna, so maybe he will or the wife will have the courage to post and answer your question.

This is a great venue for us to know cost estimates of the accessories we can place in this sports truck. The possibilities are endless. I always learn something from someone during the club's eb. One does not need to be a fanatic to share information. Looking forward to meeting more new owners and making the Strada Club a big success.

I would like to welcome our two new members of the club who joined last nights mini-eb. Sorry, I don't know their handle names.

    Drive Inspired guys/gals.

Thanks to all TSCP members and officers that welcome us last nyt. We enjoy your company.

Like to correct sir Av8or5, we got our toolbox at Goldcar store price at 14,500 pesos (Aeroklas brand) not at carryboy store coz they have no stock available at that time. Carryboy toolbox cost 19,800 jumbo size at will be available by the end of June.

Sir Romwell: here's the pic of our toolbox... we got it from goldcars banaue for 14,500. If you prefer a carryboy it cost 19,800 available by the end of june according to carryboy store banaue.

Welcome to the Strada thread, sir Boy25.

Do you think the utility box that you bought from Goldcars is better than the one from Carryboy? The utility box is my next add-on project so if the box from Goldcars is better then maybe I won't have to wait till the end of June to have one installed.

The price of the Carryboy utility box that was quoted to me by Carryboy San Fernando is 17,900 for the CB-704 while the CB-735 jumbo box is 25,800. Both are center-opening type. The 2 side-opening type jumbo box is 26,730. You mentioned that the price of the Carryboy box is 19,800. Which one is this?

I already had a CB-706 roll bar installed two days ago so I can't use a utility box type that is side-opening. Got my roll bar at Carryboy San Fernando, La Union.

Salamat mga sir kagabi! Pasensya na I have to leave early medyo may nanawagan lang kasi ng pansin. I have been in Carryboy Banawe this morning (Saturday AM) meron tayong nakausap na mga new owners ng Strada and told them about TSCP. Hopefully they'll drop by when we have EBs in Ortigas. Also informed them to read this thread for more info.
