Install the monitor. clean and neat. It's a bit tricky tho since the placement of the wires should be precise to avoid puwang.

My Necvox is 7". Mga P15k yata bili ko dun but that was years ago. Got it from my Landcruiser setup. I canvassed a similar OH monitor AVT with tuner, silver color P15K din.

My Necvox monitor so far is steady and firm. Hindi maalog. We were careful in opening and closing it even when it was still in the landcruiser. Used it for 4 years ok pa rin siya. (although if passengers are watching tapos rough road, medyo nakakahilo-- so I don't encourage my kids to watch pag maalog biyahe.)

DVD cable dumaan sa ceiling, then sa poste ng door (driver side), pababa sa floor going to the underside of the steering wheel compartment papunta sa head unit.

The video cable has its own power supply wires, nakakabit dun sa box nya sa ilalim ng HU. Naka-tap yung dome light nung Monitor sa door lights. If you close the door of the monitor, auto off na siya.

had my HID installed (low beam 6000k and fog 8000k). my park light changed to LEDs plus flasher inside the grill. wang-wang too. ready for a long biyahe!

anong bulb type o part number ang monty park light? di ko pa napalitan sa akin, panget tingnan ang stock together w/ the HID.

revd great job on the ceiling mounted monitor. the fact that you didnt have to drill holes to install it is the real kicker

Hi Montero Guys,
Got a '07 Strada but unfortunately, twas damaged by typhoon Ondoy. It was been in the casa for more than 1 month. Until now di pa nagagalaw except for the seats and carpet. Despite that, praise the Lord, my insurance got it covered from flood and typhoon. According to the service supervisor, I have a choice to declare it to "Total Lost". And Im starting to consider it and replace it with 4x2 Montero. Just want to ask you guys, had anyone in the group changed their tires to AT? Im a fan of AT tires and if ever I got my unit thats the first upgrade to be done. In your opinion bagay ba? hehehe. Baka malagay ako sa "Ricey" thread.

for your information, the monitor we installed need no drilling of holes. I can always replace back the original dome light if ever i decide to keep the monitor when I sell the unit.

Used the same screw holes of light to install the metal plate of the Necvox monitor.

I also love AT tires. They look good & macho on Montys . If I will upgrade my tires, i'll choose Nitto Terra Grappler 265/50/20

Am still using the stock HU sir. But I have a Cowon O2 that is also connected to my HU for additional audio files or videos. You can still setup your monty even without sacrificing the 3rd row seats. Let the installers design it for you. . .

That's good. Hope you could share some pics when your setup is done. For me, I really do not need the third row seats. That's why I decided for this setup. Hope others will alaso share their setups. .
