Mga bros., tanong ko lang kung anong magandang seps sa montero? anong brand at model? yung fit sa stock speaker mounting hole including tweeter mounting hole? para kasing kulang sa kalansing yung oem na nakakabit? Anong size ba speaker nang montero natin (front and rear)? May difference ba sound quality nang coaxial and seps speaker? Hindi kasi ako familiar sa Separates speaker. TIA...

Sir, very relative ang "maganda" kasi depende yan sa needs at taste mo. Pero just to answer the facts -> 6.5" ang speaker size for both front and back. And yes, may difference ang quality ng coaxials sa separates. Medyo malaking difference actually.

I saw a silver Montero with the sticker "N_y_T_c_E" on the lower right edge of the rear hatch glass parked outside Technika Repair Shop along OTIS, infront of Malacanang Annex. If I'm not mistaken, its all stock from the outside and the front bumper has been removed.

yup, its for 90% city driving... its my choice to get a MS for city driving. why? because i like it, you can't say "no way" to that. i have no province to go to. and the size of family like ours fits the specifications of the montero ie 7seater. why get a sedan if we do have a sub compact sedan already that fits only 5 ***y people? the intention of putting 7-9 people is there but driving it in unpaved rough roads(like in the province) are not the often, about 10% of its stay of the montero with us.

so a MS is for rough terrain driving "only"(that's what you are pointing to) like in the provinces with more or less 50% unpaved roads.

we'll get the 4x2 2.5 montero at because its only for 90% city driving. the other 10% will be for natural phoenomena reasons ie, floods. i live in malabon. hehehe btw thanks sa pagkwestiyon sa choice ko sir. salamat

agree with kap, also how much would you like to go. so many decent brands to choose from and a good and "maingat" installer is also important. go for the front separates first then tuloy tuloy na yan

*number001, that's NTYcE's 300%. AFAIK he's on his stock rims at the moment.

It's NTYCE sir number001. Last time I saw sir ntyce, his montero was loaded with expensive stuff. Maybe, he'll upgrade his accessories that's why his montero is all stock.

and if city driving lang, 4x4 is not as economical and 100% used, sayang lang.

my current ride is ZZ mt, Montero is at top of my list replacing my ZZ. anyways, may sportronic AT shifting ang AT montero, + and - for shifting, parang paddle shift lang in a stick.
I want the MT 4x4. But I dont need it.

Actually, hindi naman purely city driving. Mostly lang po.

Hindi po kaya yung GLS SE

I'd like to share my friend's black monty 3.2 SE.
Clean cars here in Marikina are sort of "out of place." Parang adding insult to injury dun sa mga nabahang sasakyan.

I still can't decide if I'd go for the silver lip or the black lip. Must decide before "rubbing" is done. WHat do you think?

This is the original silver lip ala front skid plate.

Here's the blackened lip para may continuity dun sa black skid cover.

i had the honey comb lower grill chromed to perfection...

the rear "skid plate" should also be black?

    Silver or black???

flat black nga sana kaya lang back to stock look eh. but thanks for the comment. now i'm thinking gray or a different shade of silver both front and back. That was my original plan. I just shifted to midnight black all of a sudden.

    looks ugly ba? parang butas?

i agree, installed with all this expensive parts!! I WOULD LIKE TO THANK MY SPONSORS!!! For all their support and all the free stuff! hehehe

I'm back only onto stock rims, everything else is still on the car.

The reason of it at the shop now is because of an accident.. to make the long story short, montero vs. meralco cable = flying side view mirror assembly and scratech paint!

But i'm thinking of going back to stock.. there's too many monteros everywhere now, i'm starting to get sick of it. Anybody wanna buy?
