based on my budget, i may be able to stretch it out to a VCT Corleone 22's at 160k.

now it's a tougher decision for me to make. if i will borrow your analogy, its either an Accel 22's or a Nike 20's

sir i think 9 liters is so much for the 2.5L because my 3.2 was filled only with 2 gallons of turbo xp during the 1K PMS.

Weng2.. that's really not what i meant. you asked between brands.. not between models/sizes. If you use my analogy again, it would be like saying your foot size is 10.. with accel you can get a size 10 of a shoe you like, but at nike the one that you like is only a size 9.. So its like you're settling to get it smaller size just because it nike. of course you can't take it super literal, other than nike vs accel only as a brand.

In this case, even if they are the TIS 20" you really like, when you put it on your car compared to the vct 22' you've choosen from your list, you would totally see the difference, and you would've even give the 20s a 2nd look.

Again guys, just like migs, i'm not trying to step on anybody's foot or insult anybody, this is just a personal preference. And i hope i can help enlighten those people who are having similar problems in choosing between 20'' or 22''. But like i said, if you're going for the offroad/rugged look, 20'' are fine.. like the volk racing styles or similar.

"isolated case" is a bit non factual..... marami kami.......... now watch your front brake pads just before you are 20,000km.... it will absolutely happen....isolated? test it.....

Agree with XTO, my 1K PMS they only charged me for 8 liters then may sumobra pa na konti which is isinoli sa akin. It cost Php5,300++ sa Diamond Motors Marcos Highway. unless hindi na-drain ng maayos tapos naglagay kaagad ... hmmm ano ba talaga ... sige nga let us check sa manual kung how much oil tlaga ....

    +1.
if i were you weng, mag 22s ako! haha!!
ako plan ko, pag out of town (pagudpud, zambales etc.)
balik ko sa stock mga rims ko.
(that is if you don't trade in your stock rims pag kukuha ka ng 22s)
pag everyday lang gamit (sa school, office etc.)
22s para lahat ng mga nakakakita kay monty haha!!

"bengkong" only happens when potholes are so deep,
and also parang sinasadya mo sirain yung rims (based on my experience)
dati sa ibang oto ko, naka 35 series. (235/35/19)
one night medyo lasing ako (nagkwento pa talaga eh )
nadaan ko accidentally yung oto sa ginagawang daan,
the road was crazy, ang lalalim ng holes (i was going 60-70 km/h)
the chin fell of, the bumper got messed up, the undercarriage got really messed up, the coilovers were messed up etc.

but the rims were still in good condition.
the rims were only rota, (i think steel ang ginagamit ng rota)
most manufacturers use alloy w/c is stronger and lighter.
but in my case, rota lang nakalagay. but they were still okay.

so ayun, mag 22s kana kasi weng!!! hahaha!!
