I just came from diamond C5 because after my 5K PMS & told my SA to check everything because i might encounter the problem 'easyman' had with his monty regarding the thump sound when starting the engine...so my SA said that they'll do the re-tighthening daw,so i said ok.. then when everything was done on my way home i felt the difference right away,mas lumakas engine vibration lalo na when on (P)ark & (N)eutral, you can really feel the vibration inside the car which di ko naman naramdaman before i had my 5K PMS. After 2 days of observing the car,the vibration is still there so i decided to bring it back to the casa...After doing something on the sound/noise insulation, naging ok na.. di na ramdam vibration inside the car & mas tahimik na compared when i first drove the car home :2thumbsup:

I went last month sa Ace hardware at SM Santa Rosa and had my floor mats changed custom made for MS and i was satisfied by the way it was made. and they were offering me the same for the leatherseat which is supposedly made somewhere in cubao daw. but i'm not quite sure unless i see myself. I'll be home in July currently working in West Africa offshore. TIA more power to MS owners and to all and God bless..

Nothing to worry about..nope di sakit ng MS, isolated case lang that happened to an owner of a MS..No problem about it ..Enjoy your monty

Nakalimutan ko yung tawag pero pa-scan ko yung resibo. it is more of a carpet pero water resistant din then rubber ang ilalim with anti slip customfit design buo sa gitna at sa likod. maganda naman yung tabas nila at lahat ng space e sakop pati sa likod. inabot ng php2,300 ata siya. pero mas maganda ata yung nasasala niya yung dumi para siyang mixed strands 3M brand washable. medyo mahal nga lang. you can inquire if you have the chance. lahat daw ng branch nila isa lang gumagawa somewhere in cubao.. ciao :cheers2:

Yup saw your posts a few pages back. Nice set up sir. Kaya din ako nag isip maglagay ng monitor kasi ganda nung gawa sa iyo. Mas madali lang magdecide na i 2-din dahil wala na yung info center than having to decide to remove it.

Kaso dito sa 4x2 model. may console box din so might have to just leave it to my audio installer's creativity para magawan ng paraan yung 2din HU ko.

do you have pics of what your installer did to fit the 2-din HU on the 4x2 dashboard panel? I inquired from Winterpine, and what they told me in one of their customer's MS, was to cut a 2-din hole by removing the lid, enlarging the box and removing the digital clock. I supposed the monitor is flushed to the side and probably facing with about 30-degrees inclination. with that, angled view is quite irritating. unless there will be a hu that would have downward tilt.

i've been searching around if there would be a replacement to the dashboard center panel (just like what the SE variant has minus the MID monitor); but couldn't find any. 'Hope somebody could think of selling that stuff so that we can easily put a dashboard monitor which will look OEM (just like what pajeros sports in Thailand has). With that, the monitor is slightly recessed inside, with right inclination for better viewing.

sir please check our strada threads, we have a forum there about mods and stuff done on our pups. we have already had a few members install the 2 din video display on their dash. The dash panel of the GLx strada is the same as that of the GLs montero

sir please check our strada threads, we have a forum there about mods and stuff done on our pups. we have already had a few members install the 2 din video display on their dash. The dash panel of the GLx strada is the same as that of the GLs montero

I never seen Strada GLX, though i saw one Strada in showroon but not sure if it is GLX. That one has a simple 2-din dashboard panel. So a 2-din HU will surely fit.
But the dashboard box with lid of MS 4x2 has only 1.5din multi purpose box. It's shave is not rectangle but rather a smiley shape with lid.

Salamat Sir! I'll check it dito sa ACE na malapit sa amin. I'm still using the free mat, mejo magulo tignan ung sa 2nd row e I checked naman yung sa Mitsu Makati, mejo mataas ang price P3,500. BTW, sa mga nag hahanap ng rain/window visor meron sila dun for P1600 tapos Montero yung naka sulat. So far pinakamura sa mga nakita ko.

sa akin, ok yung perforated at least yung center part. May pagka sporty ng konti. Thats what I had installed on the MS.

had mine in seatmate. i don't know but i think they use taiwan leatherette material. I had the original seat design -- perforated in the center. Looks good naman than plain. By the way, how much did they charge you? Sometimes nag-iiba ung price nila.

I also got mine in ACE. Got the simple silver carpet for 2400. napamahal ata ako ng 100. the knitted 3m look alike could have been better except for the price and i was thinking that it might leave marks on my 3rd row leather seats especially when i fold them flat on the floor.

Gusto ko po sanang palagyan ng control key yung manibela ng 4x4 3.2 GLS ko pwede po ba yun? katulad ng nasa manibela ng GLS 4x2? and blak ko rin po palagyan ng reverse camera... if ever po san po kaya pwede to?
