Di ko sure bro, di ko kasi sinagad. Pero maliit lang naman adjust nyan since 1/8 of an inch lang naman yung adjustment di ba sabi dun sa PCUK?

Pano mo tinanggal? yung two screws tapos pull out mo lang?

yup maliit lang yung laro niya pero ang problema walang value na lumalabas sa meter mukang sira yung tps ko talaga malalaman ko yun pag nagcanvass ako.

tinanggal ko yung intercooler tas yung dalawang screws tska yung harness mahuhugot na yun paghila mo pataas.

Bro kaya ko nasabi na calibration na yan kasi pareho ng sintomas ng FM ko yan bago icalibrate siya. Ichecheck naman ng Central Diesel yan at kung ok pa yung calibration ay sasabihin nila sa iyo.

I agree with zix888, since sa start lang sya me problema baka glowplugs lang. Usually pag injection pump me problema, even while running namamatay sya. as you said after it starts ok na, wala bang failure to start scenario?

Oo nga, had that problem with my 4d56 strada before. Kapg uminit na makina okay na yan.

BG nakuha ko na OEM part number nung alternator belts. Mitsuboshi D1-4055. Now if only I can find its Gates counterpart!

Hindi pala Gates nakakabit sa saken, Velocity yung Brand. Pero me spec ako nung Belt. 9.5x975 sukat nya. Mas madali yang hanapin kesa part number...hehehe

Yup. 9.5 nga daw. So kunin ko na lang yung spec diameter niyan sa bando tapos itapat ko sa Gates at ok na ako. hehe

Nagstart naman yung FM...namamatay lang dahel kulang sa fuel.
Kya need to step on accelerator para hindi mamatay.

I had several experience with Glowplugs already.
I believe pag glow plugs, hindi talaga mag start ang engine..redondo lng.

Mukhang yun na nga lang talaga calibration... better do it early para walang further damage... Around 8K ang basic calibration dati when I called up Bosch-Malabon. PM mo sa CB andun yung Rig nya for calibration din.

Not really redondo lang pag glow plugs ang problem. Sa akin kasi before, busted ang dalawang glow plugs ko and umiistart pa naman ang sasakyan. The problem lang, hindi siya one-click. Pag bagong start, ilan ang reading ng tachometer mo? It should be around 750-900rpm yan. Pag mababa, baka mababa ang adjustment ng idling mo. Then, check mo rin kaya battery mo.

Question guys... I'm planning to swap my 15" banana rims to a 16" rims na kung anong makita ko. Nasa magkano kaya ang amount nito ngayon? Tapos isasama ko din sa swap yun dalawang bagong goma nun.

When all the glow plugs are busted, rendondo lang talaga, but if one or two lang, hard starting yan, need to step on the accelerator a bit para magtuloy, unlike pagbuo lahat yung glow plugs, no need to step on the accelerator. Pero kung sure ka na buo, Mas maganda kasi tukoy mo na na yung problem. Ako kasi once na hindi nag one click, check agad ng glow plugs, dali lang naman icheck, tester lang

Oks ichecheck ko na din ang glow plugs bago pumunta sa central diesel.

Yung experience ko kasi dati pag glow plugs, ayaw talaga kumagat at mag start...
Now kasi iba talaga yung pakiramdam ko.
Totally mag-start sya pero mamamatay at sisinok tapos mausok.

Pero anway just to be sure, check ko na din later.

pinout from the plug hangang dun sa pinaka sensor, nung i check ko just now tangal na sya nasabit ata sa throttle cable

im wondering san kaya papunta yung mga 3 wires sa harness pumasok kasi sa wire loom that goes inside the dashboard.

panu malalaman if need ko pa yung tps or not also if its really working or not?

nabasa ko sa pocuk responsible daw yan with the shifts along with the kickdown?

Kayang i-connect yan, but you have to check kung paano nakaconnect yang mga wires baka ma-interchange eh. Hanap ka lang ng comparison, ma-identify mo na color connection niyan.The only problem is how to check if its still working

Kung A/T Paj mo me ECU yan. Infact dalawa nga 1 for the Super Select 4wd and the other A/T Ecu which I suspect is connected to the TPS. Why dont you give Joseph Atutubo a call? para mas ma enlighten tyo... Malay mo meron sya nyan di ba?

Or like what zix888 said, try mo din pa extract yung wire from the housing...

Yung mga sabi nila is comparable or less sa thermostat function or absence thereof... just theory..
