try ko maghanap sa mga aircon shops, nabasa ko sa archive na same lang pala ung motor nung sa condenser saka dun sa intercooler. (though mas malaki ung fan sa condenser)

Sir i will grab the opportunity na, san kaya makakabili ng "map light" assembly (katabi sa itaas ng rear view mirror). Medyo pinagdikit-dikit lang yung map lights (napakialaman daw ng bata). Then yung handle for front doors (L/R-hawakan pag aakyat ka ng sasakyan) ay gamit na gamit na at medyo marumi (hindi na kaya ng cleaners) , kaya balak ko rin sanang palitan. Kung medyo may alam kayo sir na mabibilhan ay paki post na lang sir. I'm staying near south of manila.

i've already replaced the fuel filter with vic e. akala ko nuong una barado lang ang fuel lines and needs bleeding. so ginawa ko bleed muna and eventually nireplace ko na fuel filter. but have the same results. nagtataka lang ako bakit sa umaga one click start pero pag nainitan na makina, umiistart naman sha kaya lang mga 4 seconds cranking pa. di kaya gp relay, grounding, wiring, or namamaligno lang ako?

I notice black smoke on my 4d56 '98 FM limited edition when every time i start the engine, talagang normal lng ba sa 4d56 yan Na ma itim talaga usok? And also one time na inakyak ko siya sa Hoyohoy (talagang napaka matarik na daan) i notice a really black smoke coming out and ang hina nang hatak parang mamamatay,naka 2nd gear lng ako hanggang maka akyat loaded FM ko at that time.

May problema ba doon sa black smoke na na experience ko sa pag akyat? Talagang ang itim talaga at that time..

4d56 is notorious for having black smoke even with proper tlc. i previously owned the same '98 local FM (tonka body) M/T and it was not spared having black smoke too! i have to bid goodby to PJ though years after. just do the basic pm like change air filter, oil and oil filter. i also installed a galvanized by-pass pipe with cover just after the turbo. i usually put water on the pipe to clean the exhaust and muffler of soots and stuff specially before emission tests. hth!

Yung handle i just did a diy paint job on them, ganyan talaga parang snake na nagbabalat siya eh. Yung map lights medyo mahirap maghanap, nagcrack yung sakin when i replaced the bulbs with led. Luckily my officemate was selling his FM that time, pumayag naman siya makipagswap ng maplight assy. , pati mga headrests nga naiswap ko din.

Dapat bro pinalitan mo na din yung mga hoses, possible na pagnag iinit eh dun sumisingaw yan kaya yung hard start nagyayari pagmainit na. Check mo din GP relay just to rule out.

James, iyong black smoke na napapansin mo sa tuwing pag start ay matagal ba? More than one second? Kapag matagal malawa ang black smoke ipa-check mo na siguro. Pwede mong subukan ang Central Diesel Clinic.

Nope, yung experience mo normal lang yun. Pero makakatulong yung 2t oil sa diesel fuel at ang maglagay ka ng Oil catch can.

Ok sir I'll use 2t oil, so 4d56 engine lang pala are notorious having black smoke ung 4m40 engines are not,right? Maybe i'll upgrade my ride to 2.5 Gen para mas ***y hehehe.

intermittent power e. 1 time sa driver side, 1 time naman sa passenger side. as in ayaw gumana ng mga switches. sa tingin ko hindi switch yung problem kasi hindi siya 1 side lang.

hmm... consistent ba yun problem like ayaw magsara or ayaw magbukas pareho? sabay ba yun problem ng bintana? lahat ba ng pinto or alin sa pinto ang affected? yun sa akin before sa left side, yun likod ng driver ang naging intermittent. binaklas ko and yun socket ng switch eh hindi maayos yun pagkakakabit. alin lang naman yan, either yun motor or wirings connected to the motor or yun switch and wirings connected sa switch. check muna kung may power yun wirings then check the motor and switch.

check mo wirings dun sa door hinges... nangyari na sa akin yun kaso sa central door lock. ipit yun position ng wirings sa loob nung rubber kaya naputol

Nag ask around din ako sa mga tropa e, and sa fuel lines din suspect nila!
If busted daw GP relay, hindi din daw magwo-work ("click") ang relay even malamig ang engine, which is tama naman.
Kaya OK daw ang GPR ko,,,sana nga. Tas check ko din daw yun coolant sensor if busted.

Sa experince ko, pag shot ang relay ng power windows, di na sya gagana... all four of them.
