share ko lang, I had my FM checked recently since may ingay din ang differential ko coming from reverse to D, he checked something sa accelerator /transmission lines with a digital meter then sabi nya off sa setting. He adjusted until nagtama yung setting. We tested it, nawala yung ingay sa differential and nagimprove ang acceleration. Magaan na ang apak and hatak. Pero kung ang cross joint na talaga ang problem, he can replace it.

The following week, he did a diesel purge to clean the nozzles, mas nagimprove ang acceleration, konting apak lang mas may hatak pa. And mas early nagki-kick in ang intercooler turbo. Nagimprove din ang mileage ko since hindi na mabigat ang apak ko sa accelerator pedal. He can diagnose also the turbo kung ok pa.

He also replaced my dashboard lights to LEDs, maliwanag na. Next project namin is to install Dyna Mat, medyo ipon muna ulit.

TPS adjustment yata ginawa niya sayo. may multi meter tapos may adjust siya sa injection pump diba? may value siya na hinahanap sa multi meter. 0.2 yata?

Sakin lang pala sila sumablay, 3 times ako nakapagclaim sa motolite green, yung pinakarecent as in 7 days na lang yung coverage, tumirik pa. Ang masakit lang kasi eh nasa magandang resto ako nun tumirik, ang ganda din ng parking, hindi ko nga malapitan yung oto para buksan ang hood, nung ayaw na magstart at puro click, pinatawag ko na yung mekaniko at sabi ko magdala battery pang start, watcher na lang me, dyahe, hehe. A/t walang tulak din kasi para magstart

He has a small container for the process. Dalawa din ang hose similar to the pictures of the mercedes above. One liter mix and around 45 minutes of engine running. Yung excess na mix nilagay na namin sa gas tank.

For the acceleration, not sure kung TPS, but yes he used a meter pero hindi ko nakita kung sa injection pump sya nagsukat. I cant remember the exact reading ng meter but he lowered it, example lang --let say from 2.50, nagadjust cya sa cable, until umabot ng 2.10 ang reading. Sabi nya hindi daw aligned ang cable kasi kaya mabigat ang hatak. Ang dali lang nay ginawa but he had to remove the turbo para madali makita yung cable.

He used '6' type LEDs, parang USB nga lang ang socket. Maganda. 4 bulbs ang pinalitan nya. Yung door indicator light, diy ko na lang, led from Blade.

He also replaced the bushing ng shifter ko, kasi magalaw and maluwag when shifting.

blackspeed, naalala ko nga na may nag post ng TPMS manual dito. ikaw pala yun hehe yun akin kasi, yung gauge mismo ng TPMS ayaw na gumana. hindi ko alam kung fuse lang ba or unit mismo yung sira. may remedy kaya ito?

ok. thanks. papalinis kasi ako ng intake manifold, intake track, exhaust manifold, EGR, and intercooler. nagrereklamo kasi mechanic ko last saturday nung nagpa change oil ako and fuel filter. puro carbon na daw intake manifold ko hehe hindi niya lang daw sure kung metal gasket na yung intake manifold.

600 labor niya for cleaning ng lahat mentioned above. pwede na siguro hehe

iniisip ko din pa-diesel purge na.

Yung LED pala is more than 4, I cant remember din kung 5 or 6 ang pinalitan.

Well oem FM tpms sensor battery can be replaced, but you cannot just remove its battery because it is designed to get busted as soon as the battery dies. So what you need to do is to keep a battery supply all throughout the process while changing/replacing its battery.

this is an oem FM tpms sensorÂ*






Battery is cr2450 3v
The black and red wires must be supplied by another battery source before you can completely remove/replace the cr2450. Try to splice and tap the battery source until replacement is complete. If you accidentally remove the battery, its ic is programmed to bust.




Any 3v coin type replacement battery will work, since cr2450 is hard to find

yes sir. sa blumentrit ko nga nakikita hehe kala ko FM niyo yun.

anyway, so repairable pala yung TPMS natin. pinatangal ko sa tire shop yung sensors ko kasi patay na yung gauge. yun yung problem ko ngayon kung repairable ba yung gauge mismo sa dashboard.

Actually madali lang palitan ng bulbs yung instrumentation ng FM, ang problema lang sa led, since ang isang led bulb is just 1.5v, paghindi match yung nakakabit na resistor sa nabili mong led bulbs, sandali lang baklas ka na naman kasi parang xmas light na yan, patay sindi. Supply kasi from battery is 13.8v, very sensitive mga led sa over voltage kaya may mga resistor yan. Mas safe sana kung mas maraming maliliit na led yung makukuha mo para mahati ng maganda yungb13.8v mo sa mga led bulbs, mas matagal ang lifespan. 9 leds halos sakto, kung idivide mo yung 13.8v sa 9 pcs, bale 1.53v supply ng bawat isang led, kahit walang resistor eh pwede. Kaso para sa peanut bulb, eh mahirap maghanap ng may 9leds, bukod sa mahal, eh malamang masyado mahaba para mapagkasya sa gauge ng FM.Ganyan kasi nangyari sakin, ilan beses ako nagpalit ng led kasi sandali lang eh busted agad
