Thanks PK for your reply inspite of your hectic schedule. I don't have plan to join the Paris Dakar so pwede ng pag-ipunan ang local ralliart mags.

Here's the procedure to check engine coolant temp gauge unit. You just need multi-meter, thermometer and some tightening wrench.
    1) Remove engine coolant temp gauge unit.
    2) Immersed the unit in 70degC water to measure the resistance by connecting multimeter on body and terminal of the temp gauge unit.
    3) The standard value is 104 +/- 13.5 ohms (using multimeter).
    4) Replaced if reading is outside this value.
    5) After checking apply 3M adhesive nut locking no.4171 or equivalent around the thread of engine coolant temp gauge unit.
    Hope this helps.
Thanks a lot. When you say engine coolant temp gauge unit, does that mean its the sending unit? Is it the two sending unit side by side near the end of the upper radiator hose connected to the engine? I will change it nalang to be sure. My car is in the shop now for calibrations. Im having problem na rin during cold start up.

how many watts is it safe to use on our stock alternator? curious lang ako baka naoverload ko na yung electricals ko. example 80/100 na headlights and 130 watts X 2 sa foglights = 460 watts, plus yung black bosch na horns. is this too much? I DIY my electrical wires with thicker wires. and next weekend balak ko naman yung grounding kit.

    field mastaer,
i think meron replacement yan, i buy sa motorix cause they sell orig mmc parts n even if they sell taiwan o replacement parts, they still vouch for the quality of the replacement part.
