I took it to Diamond ugong and I was advised to have the radiator overhaul kasi barado daw. After overhauled nagbabawas pa rin. I took it back to diamond and they decided to take the cylinder head out, check and replace the head gasket. The head is not warped and no visual anomaly according to them. After all the efforts, nagbabawas pa rin po ng tubig. Thanks
Hi Fredds, experienced the same as yours on my Paj last year, found a crack on the cover of the reservoir near where the hoses are attached. I don't know what law of physics apply pero I replaced the reservoir (P900 lang at ATCO) and everything is now OK. There is a tendency of the water going out through the reservoir overflow drain which I observed on my Paj.You might want to check if the rubber gasket of the reservoir cap is still there. Might also be the cause of the inexplicable drain.

Thanks on your reply sir melto. Nagbawas din ng tubig radiator mo? I've just checked the reservoir and looks good except for the rubber in the cap which is a bit worn out. Anyways, I'll replace the whole reservoir assembly tomorrow to narrow down the possible cause.

    Hi Dysdamon,
Your Pajero will be on good hands pag dinala mo kay Joseph. Proven ko yan !!! He fixes your pajero as if he is the owner.

About the TC support. Diba dalawa yan? Main support directly under the TC and the secondary support is yong bilog. Right? Yon kaya yong maingay? Thanks!
Thanks to everyone. I finally found the source of the squeaking sound. I brought my paj to motorix banawe and although it took them about 2 hours, they found the source of the noise. Its the metal connecting the main body to the chassis right under the driver side (near the stepboard). Madami daw yon from all points of the chassis to hold the body to the main chassis. Isa lang may problem sa driver side. May cover yon then may soft rubber bushing inside. A cylindrical metal inside has been mis-aligned a bit causing it to rub against the side metal. They just insert a GI pipe to realign back the metal and it solved the problem. No parts replaced and pay only labor. hehe

Salamat po talaga. This forum is really helpful in so many ways. Ginaganahan tuloy ako magpaayos ng paj ko. Salamat uli pb, lizzz and all. yahoo!!!
