you're absolutely right. if she succeeds in the litigation, that kitty would definitely be set for life (not to mention high on catnip as long as she lives)

she should get one of those primo ambulance chasing lawyers and sue those peeps and companies to kingdom come. her image has been ruined - especially among her very judgemental furry friends and i'm sure at least one of her 9 lives have been used w/ that stupid incident.

2 newbie drivers thinking driving an expensive car would make them a better driver. Clearly the reverse lights, brake lights and the tailpipe smoke tells it all - DRIVER ERROR! I am writing a formal letter to the powers to be at Citimotors encouraging them to sue abscbn vs. this specific incident on irresponsible broadcasting... Also the person who owns that white Montero.

Dapat me Safety reminder under the sunvisor sa mga AT na Monty stating the following:
1. Your foot must know where the Brake and Accelerator pedal is.
2. When in D or R mode vehicle will move slowly even though you're not stepping on the Accelerator pedal.
3. There is no Sudden Unintended Acceleration, only Stupid Uninformed A55h0L3$ who mistakes the Accelerator pedal as the brake pedal.
4. Once you encountered an accident, don't blame it on the Sudden Unintended Acceleration issue to escape your responsibility - In the 1st place, you don't know how to drive a Montero Sports. Drive at your own risk.

Si second driver instead na sa brake naka ready yung paa eh sa gas naka ready, akala nya sa brake. Pag lipat sa R umatras ng dahan dahan, pinisil yung gas na akala nya break kaya umarangkada paatras?

Though make me wonder, bakit kelanagan pa nya umabante? parang ang first instinct mo is to get out of the vehicle right away and tingnan kung may tinamaan kang tao. Maybe nataranta? gusto ilagay sa N napa sobra sa D while still thinking na naka apak sya sa brake na gas pala?

Na confused tuloy ako kung pwede sa Honda N to R w/out stepping on the foot brake.
