    Well it seems na ang cause ng overheat ay dapat na pala palitan ang water pump ng kotse ko. May petron blaze pa naman so tiis na lang sa mahal ng presyo total pang city driving lang naman. According to wiki... "A fuel with a higher octane rating is less prone to auto-ignition and can withstand a greater rise in temperature during the compression stroke of an internal combustion engine without auto-igniting, thus allowing more power to be extracted from the Otto-Cycle." Besides pag wala na talagang choice at gusto mo pang pakinabangan ang lancer itog mo eh pa convert ko na lang sa lpg. Kaso lang baka ibang problema na naman. Mahirap kasi iyong suggestion na you cannot leave your car with unleaded fuel for a week kasi usually weekend ko lang talaga ginagamit. Pero thanks anyway sa mga information kasi it helps a lot.

    Newbie here, I have a Lancer GLXI itlog 94 (automatic) EFI, ung problema ko po sa car kung na on ung aircon nanginginig ung makina pero hindi naman namamatay ung engine, normal naman kung naka off ung A/C. nararamdaman ito ung naka idle or drive/reverse lalo na kung traffic, help please... paano alisin ung pag nginig ng makina kung naka on ung aircon,

    Repair done are.

    1. Cleaning of Throttle body
    2. Servo Repair kit (gears)
    3. Change of Timing belt (naputol kc dati kaya nagpalit rin ng engine valves kaso di na bumalik sa dati nanginginig kung ON ung A/C)

    Tumataas ba ang revs kung nag-on ang aircon? Kung hinde kulang sa adjustment ang servo. Check mo na rin engine supports mo.

    Ung rpm po ba ung revs? kung di po naka aircon 1300-1500, pag switch ng aircon 700-900 po.

    ang taas ng RPM mo.... kung idle and without a/c, it should be at around 800 rpm.
    pag bukas AC, mga 900 rpm.

    Good day mga master itlogs, I just want to ask kung paano malaman sira/payado ang TPS - throttle positioning sensor?

    Good evening to all. May problema po and Lancer itlog GLI ko. Unstable po ang idle kahit off ang aircon.Bouncing po ang meter sa rpm gauge. Naka bypass na po ang servo for my aircon at okay po ang rpm kapag on ang AC. Ano po kaya ang sira at dapat kong palitan?

    Mahirap po ma-ignite ang mga higher octane fuels. Pero, once ignited, mas-mainit po sila and creates a better combustion. Applicable lang po ang high octane fuels sa mga bagong sasakyan. Sa mga itlog natin, ok na ung +92 to +95 octane. EFI yung sa akin pero mas lesser ang misfiring ng engine ko kesa gumamit ako ng high octane fuels. Suggest ko, unleaded.

    TPS sends signal to the Computer so that the engine will have a proper mixture of air and fuel. It sends signals in milliseconds, so a defective TPS, like my I'm having a for months, will cause LOW FUEL ECONOMY (--lean mixture or, most commonly, rich), staggerring idle and hesitation in acceleration.

    May kamahalan ng konti ito at kung surplus naman hanap mo, ayawa nila na hindi kasama ang IACS (Idle Air Controller --commonly known as SERVO).
