I got my GTV Black last March 23 and drove it out of the CITIMotors Alabang CASA few minutes before 6pm after all the instructions on how to operate the instruments that came with it. The alarm was activated and car was cleaned and drove it to DUSIT Makati where I was staying and eventually park the car there. The following day March 24 I took the vehicle to TSIKOT.COM shop and meet JEDI and installed few modifications. The following day March 25 i took it to CARLAND for installation of some accessories. I am not from Metro Manila but it was not a problem finding those places for the NAVI system really worked and brought me to my point of interest. Few minutes after 12pm on the 25th of March my cousins and I set sail and drove my MS all the way down to Mindanao via Batangas-Mindoro-Roxas-Caticlan-Iloilo-Bacolod-Dumaguete-Dapitan Route. It took us 36hours to reach our destination and the odometer yielded 900 km. The journey was great and the NAVI system is very much accurate. I challenge the MS's capability by pushing it up to 160kph during our journey especially at the expressway going out of Metro Manila and that express way going to Batangas port. My GTV was very responsive to paddle shifting and full auto mode I would have pushed for more speed but my foot was reluctant on stepping the pedal. The off road capability and 4x4 feature was also tested for some roads that we passed were not accommodating to passing motorist. We passed through dirt, mud, uneven roads and watery roads that when you pass by it the water will splash on the windshield thereby making it impossible to see what's infront of you until the water runs down. It was a very bonding trip for me and my GTV. I had my first PMS last week at Mitsubushi Cagayan de Oro. To date my MS GTV's odo is at 1600km and take note it less than 2 weeks old and i haven't got a problem with the vehicle except for the issue on the audio remote which was ok now after i read pogy_uy's instructions. Anyways so much for the experience, I would like to share the mods i made on my GTV.

installed silver BOSCH EUROPA horn... (carland)

Mahirap kasi kung hindi kagandahan/kalinis ang mga storage facility at saka kung hindi rin ganun kalinis ang mga delivery tanker, dadami pa rin ang mga contaminants ng fuel lalo na moisture. Tapos yung fuel pa na mga imported ay marami dyan na dadaan pa ng mga lighterage or yung mga barge.
Ganito na kabilis ang mga common rail fuel injector.
Sa video starting from 1:05 ay pinakita ang apat na sequence.
Pero available na ang limang sequence (pilot, pre, main, after and post injection). Yung "after" and "post" is also used para magcreate ng continuous hot pressurized exhaust gas papunta sa turbo. Parang after burner effect ng mga fighter jets.
Problem is kung pangit ang diesel, imbes na after burner ang effect, parang smoke generator na lang sya kung hindi magliyab dahil sa mahina ang quality or kung maraming dissolved moisture... hehehe
Hanap kayo ng magandang mabilhan ng diesel (trial and error). May nagmomonitor ba ang quality ng fuel? Lalo na sa mga refilling stations? DTI or DOE?

But need to use Euro 4 compliant diesel on the MS as well to feel its full potential. Unioil and Eastern in the Metro has this...Seaoil imported Euro 5 diesel only one time... April 5th, 2011 11:58 AM #1713has anyone tried (or inquired) about installing the new MS' touchscreen LCD monitor in the older variant (3.2SE)? how much po kaya? or can anyone recommend alternatives? ang habol ko dun is the back-up camera, bonus na lang yung ibang features like the compass, barometer, etc. i'd prefer the LCD screen for the back-up camera to be integrated into the dashboard like the one found in the new MS, linis kasi tignan. not a fan of cars with LCD screens pasted on top of the dashboard (no offense to those who did this
)
