Tagal dealer ko magbigay ng savannah white Feb 2 pa yun reservation ko wala pa daw white, may dumating daw ilan ilan kaso inuna siyempre yun nagreserve nung january. Inip na ko!!!!!

Sir hindi po ako naniniwala sa reservation, I got my savanna white gtv 2 weeks back without any reservation at all. Nasa agent po ninyo yan

Mga bros, what dealer on Metro Manila or Luzon can you best recommend who gives the best deals on a Montero GTV 4x4? Northern Luzon location ko kasi.

Gt-v owners, i wanted to really check if our gtv keys are equipped with immobilizer, so i went to a key shop and had the key for a duplicate. Tried it and the engine wont start. You can only open the door using the duplicate. Indeed our keys has engine immobilizer

Same kaya yan with gls-v. Di ko pa na try ipaduplicate pero my gls-v will not start even with the original key as long as the alarm is armed.
To compare kasi with my crv. with the original key you can deactivate yung armed na alarm(immobilizer) just by inserting the key and then you can start the engine.

Tried starting it with the alarm off. You are right,the original key cant start the engine when alarm is active.

Sir, I'm not sure if I have posted 300 on this thread; but probably over 200 though (am a forum member since July ).

The fact that there are over 1,500 posts and over 135,000 views in two months is a testament of the popularity of the Montero Sport here in The Philippine Islands. After all this is only an upgraded model, not an all new one, and yet it attracts so much interest amongst us.

black for me kaya lang pinakamahirap alagaan yun black sa mga gasgas. madali makita pag nagasgasan kahit maliliit lang while sa white di mo halata since white din ang gasgas. Madali rin makita yun alikabok sa black

Anyways, a winterpine representative reset my head unit and my steering audio remote went functioning back.

To reset:
1. off engine
2. long press Negative sign and Up sign at the same time while turning on the key.
3. release upon seeing the mitsu logo on the screen.
4. head unit successfully reset

no need to buy new battery

just got my new gls-v from AMCAR this afternoon

sa mga naka gls-v how do you disable the alarm?
i tried opening the door with the key and the alarm goes panic..
if i lock the door inside even the key is in the acc position the alarm will automatically armed.
i also tried locking the door with the key outside and the alarm also auto armed.
do you have a copy of the alarm manual?

hello po sa lahat! im new here. just a question po, posible po ba na maupgrade yung 2010 MS gls se ko into gtv like? in not pertaining sa engine po,pero yung multimedia and gps is what im after. kailangan din po ba palitan ang computer box para sa mga feeds coming from the engine and other stuff? possible po kaya? i really want that multimedia and monitor. hindi pa po kasi ako makadaan sa mitsubishi,busy pa kasi. salamat po ng marami and alam kong maraming makakasagot nito dito and btw, i enjoyed reading the thread from the start hanggang sa 103 page...dami ko natutunan.baka i-reset ko din ung audio remote control ko.akala ko battery problem eh. I find your some of your questions rather confusing but will try to answer.

Of course the alarm will go off if you open the door with the key, that is what the alarm is for. Why would you use the key when the remote is for opening.

Also, you state that when you lock from inside the alarm activates. Do you mean lock with the remote?

I dont have my MS yet, but I think you can disable or reset the alarm by holding down the button on the blue light whilst turning the key in to ACC and holding hor 10 secs. Am not sure of the exact sequence.
If the blue light is flashing it is armed.

If you ask you casa they will give you a photocopy of the alarm manual.

Ngayon para sa ano pa ang pag-warm up ?

para sa akin ang purpose ng warm up is to allow the engine oil to fully circulate/lubricate the engine. i dont actually idle the car a lot. in the morning i start it up, open the gate, check seat and mirror position, tune in to magic and drive away. it takes me about 15 minutes to reach bocaue toll plaza from my house so by the time I pay toll, the engine is fully warmed up and ready for my nlex run :D
