Bro, I read the manual, did not find anything there about my concern. As one member suggested, the solution may be with the wiring...
Changed my Montero Blue's wheels to 20" chrome mags, ang pogi!

Congrats sir! plus pogi points yan sir! kamusta ang ride ng naka 20?di naman matagtag? plano din namin magpalit ng 20's or mas malaki pa pag nakuha na monty..

Negatives:
Really, really annoying blue light on lower left side of the driver seat. Not sure if its the alarm but its very distracting during night driving. For me, this is the one thing I really HATE.... HATE... HATE....

Sir Obec the tyre pressure gauge is only a feature of the 4x4s. But I am sure you can get it fitted as an add-on.

yes sir i like black even if it is very hard to maintain :D, ill try to look for that add on, i also would like to look for the led strips and audi tail lights, i hope they are compatible :D

But when you do clean and polish it, it looks a the biz, even if 5 or 10 years old.

Kong makita yan sa mag-tatangkang magnakaw ng sasakyan, magdalawang isip sila ngayon dahil your car is equipped with that instrument.

Kindly be advised, bring your unit at report immediately to your dealer dahil I confirm, it is not normal if it is 24 hrs blinking. The normal is while the car is in motion or nasa viahe tayo, THE BLINKING MUST AUTOMATICALLY STOP.

[SIZE=4]Sir Monterick[/SIZE], hindi nga acceptable ang gap nyan between the hood and fender, kindly be advised don't do it by yourself by adjusting those rubber supports. Very sensitive ang casa if we talk about warranty. They are very expert alam nila na ginalaw mo that will lead to the warranty avoidance. My point is they will do fix the trouble pero pag-bayarin ka na sa service.

Got my unit today. 4x2AT. Some thoughts. AVT sat nav takes a while to get used to. blue tooth pairing works! as does the sat nav and ipod. No tire pressure monitoring or reverse camera for the 4x2. But, know what? Its ok. DVD plays even while the car is moving. My kids love it. Albeit a safety concern.

All quirks that I hated in 2008/09 Montero fixed. Better resistance on a/c knob, better coordinated ip illumination -- finally all amber, less turbo lag, no more ugly head unit.

Hate the grille, cup holders still a little small.
Steering wheel remote uses a battery still --- come on! its 2011! By the way, this didn't work when I got it. I had to reset it to get it to work. Service guy thought it was the battery. I had to call his boss.

All in all, a great car. I really think this is far superior to the Fortuner, Everest, Alterra.

Sir, maybe your alarm is set at valet mode... try doing this: put your key on ignition, then press and hold the red button under the left side of the dash board (you can pull it out slightly, and push back to hide)... then the blue light will blink. Your alarm is now activated... and while driving the blue light will go off.

In this mode, when you use your keyless entry to lock your doors, the alarm will be armed and the blue light will blink.

To put your alarm in valet mode: do the same steps... hope this helps

yup mayroon ngang black rubber doon sir, the guys that got a unit now are lucky kasi sabi sakin ng dealer ko by march or april (forget the month) the price will increase... i hope its not true for those planning to buy in the near future

Winterpine's is at Araneta Avenue papunta Santa Mesa (SM Centerpoint). It's near the right side and katapat ng BPI (somewhat) if my memory serves correctly. It's on the opposite lane of Big Berts.
