    ^ What if you exercise for 20-30mins na real cardio work after dinner or before. Hirap ka pa din matulog sa gabi?

    Mas lalo ako mahihirapan kasi magiging hyper ako. I used to work out for 2 hrs in the morning kasi. It's when I stopped na I started having difficulty sleeping. Hindi na ko makabalik sa gym kasi I hate someone there That's another story.

    That is in the morning kasi. What if you do it in the afternoon?

    Also, lipat ka ng gym.

    I get hyper when I exercise kaya I need to do it in the morning para pag dating ng hapon bagsak na ko

    Wala ng ibang gym e The whole day I've been yawning.

    You can make use of your treadmill every morning.

    ^hehe yeah but I can't go over one hr. It's too exhausting and boring.

    Gusto ko sana may weights. When I have enough space na I'll buy an incline bench and plates. Mahal din kasi ng salamin e!

    Lagay ka ng TV sa harap ng treadmill para di boring and you don't need to spend an hour on it. At dapat maabot mo ang target heart beat rate mo say 113-115 beats per minute while doing it.

    Hold your horses on incline bench. I would rather suggest an exercise ball and medicine ball then just buy those 10-15lbs dumbbells para pang firm-up lang ng muscles.

    Kung ayaw mo na talaga humanap ng ibang gym.

    Tsaka yang fitness med ball alam ko magandang pang-exercise ng lower back to strenghthen it for... :naughty2:

    Yup. I monitor my heartbeat

    Incline bench kasi yung pinakamaraming pwede gawin using free weights (db press, db flyes, curls etc). Yung incline bench na gusto ko yung pwede rin maging flat bench.
