Please don't buy the incline bench. Lalapad shoulder mo nyan if you're not careful. Start with core training, fitness ball and medicine ball is the best tool at your disposal for strengthening your core. Then buy a heartbeat rate monitor, para nasa optimum rate ka during your cardio training for optimum burn.
Once you've address your core then the rest will follow. Nothing beats a 15-20mins high intensity/brutal cardio training.
Now if you're light enough that your ankles and knees can take your weight then you can replace you treadmill with a much cheaper jump rope. The best tool I have so far.
