    okay lang cguro sir kung ung mahina na snore lang.... at least mabawasan kung nakatagilid o dapa.

    Ano nga bang cure sa snore? Nag aalala ako sa erpat ko eh. Wala ng tigil humilik pag tulog sa gabi. Tumitigil minsan pero pag nahimasmasan, ayan na naman balik ulit sa paghihilik. May history rin ang family na sakit sa puso. Kaya mas nakaka-worry.

    ^Have your Dad checked na rin pero alam ko pag tumatanda tao nags snore na talaga kasi may nagiging loose, nalimutan ko kung ano yun.

    Yup, though 6 to 7 hours of sleep is ok na. Bedtime in 2 hours, 30 minutes!

    ^^^ I remember some years ago, I was checking our operations during night shift,- saw one of our Techs in the shop floor, standing still. Not leaning on anything,- just standing still.

    When I came close to him,- he was asleep. What a skill!
