    important thing is if u felt sleepy, pagbigyan ang body. that's a warning being given by your body if it is really tired. but dont sleep while driving. you may know that your eyes are open but your thoughts are already blank (sleeping). happened to me few years ago but i was not the 1 driving. napansin ko na lang na gumigilid na kami sa emergency lane then pinitik ko ng konti manibela. nagulat pa yung colleague ko nung biglang gumalaw yung manibela....tulog na pala sya!!

    I know how that feels, you get tunnel vision, trying hard to stay awake, you say to yourself "ipikit ko muna mata ko ng sandali" then before you realize it, too late na. I once had to pull over and park inside a church yard just to sleep.

    Ano ba magandang pampatulog? I'm trouble sleeping right after a night shift eh. Dapat makatulog ako before sunrise or else dilat na naman ako maghapon.

    Napakahirap mag-drive nang inaantok. The worst thing happened to me was nung galing kaming Tagaytay for a wedding coverage. Kulang tulog ko, around 3-4 hours lang ata. Bumaba kami ng Tagaytay at around 7. Nung nasa SLEX Sucat area na kami at around 9, grabe na sobra antok ko, to the point na sobrang bagal na ng takbo ko. Ayaw ko rin naman mag pull over sa tabi kasi nga SLEX yun at once na matulog ako, deretso ang tulog ko, lalo na at pagod ako. So tiniis ko nalang hanggang makarating kami ng Sampaloc sa bahay ng gf ko. Then took at power nap and nung ok na ko, we headed back to Bulacan.

    Benadryl or Iterax take ko dati pero wala ng effect.

    Masama nga daw yung inaabutan ng sikat ng araw ng gising. Dapat madilim talaga room mo para maayos tulog mo.

    Tried that nung 2nd day na di ako makatulog. Umepekto once, pero the following day hindi na. Baka nakabawi na sa puyat yung katawan ko kaya ganun
