    Yan ang sagot nila sa akin. So hiritan ko ng... "Energy saving program?!? Eh umaandar lahat ng aircon oh." Ang kukulit ng mga yun, minsan mabotan mong natutulog sa taas ng mesa.

    Sa tulog kasi ang important yung stage ng rapid eye movement(REM). Kasi pwede 10 hours ka natulog pero every hour nagigising ka. Putol-putol.

    Meron din tulog na hindi putol-putol pero parang hindi ka nakatulog. (Yung feeling na kakatulog mo lang bakit umaga na agad)

    Kung meron kayo thyroid problems malaki reason bakit hirap makatulog or laging tulog. Punta kayo sa magaling na endocrinologist. Wag lang kayo papayag na gamitan ng radioactive iodine ang thyroid nyo. Go for conservative treatments like levothyroxine.(thyroid hormone)

    Yung sleeping pills kasi eh hindi tinatarget ang root cause ng insomnia kaya lagi ka iinom hanggang wala na effect. Kung baga sa salitang manyak eh "panandaliang aliw" lang.

    Pero usually combination of things para maayos yan. Kung kulang ka sa steroid hormone like cholesterol eh isang factor kay hirap makatulog. Kaya wag matakot sa cholesterol sa tamang level. Important din ang resistance training like squats, deadlifts, chinups, rows...etc

    You really need to work on your sleeping habit Cath. Unang tatamaan nyan is productivity then health. However, I discourage you from taking those sleeping pills.

    Kayang gawan paraan yan sleeping problem mo.

    I wonder what affects productivity more... lack of sleep or posting on tsikot? Or posting on tsikot leads to lack of sleep? :D

    But yeah, if you notice, one is usually much more productive and has that extra bounce at work when they are well rested.

    Sarap naman ng walang ginagawa pero may sweldo. Pero mas masarap pa rin to just stay at home the whole day.

    Meron naman ako ginagawa! It's not a busy period lang ngayon.
