    Wala na kasi effect sakin kahit anti histamine. Pero pagnagca cardio ako early in the morning, mas nakakatulog ako ng maaga.

    I'll see if I could buy yung konti lang. Kasi sleepasil wala rin lalo effect sakin hehe. Nakakainggit yung mga tao na maupo lang ng konti tulog na.

    Mga employee ng client ko ganyan, tulog during lunch time after lumamon. Gulat ako dati dahil pag lunch time naka off mga ilaw sa opisina.
