At least di tatangayin ng bagyo hehe
I was about to sleep! Why did I ever bother to see your reply? Now I'm fully awake.

Just out of idle curiosity, are you an infectious disease specialist? Just two hours ago, our friend told us that some doctors won't go near a CoViD 19 positive. They'll just see and "check" through the glass window but he being a specialist has no choice but to have a "close encounter".
Please be careful out there.
just see us as a generic know-it-all, po.
PPE for those who wish to see their payshinks up close.
available naman, eh.
order in advance if you are the biggie-type.
the disease is real but deceptively invisible!
there is no such thing as overkill.
google for an idea of just how tedious the by-the-numbers wearing and un-wearing of these PPEs, is.

Effective kaya ang Rockwool insulation para maging sound insulation na rin? Eto sana plan ko ipalagay bago takpan ng Hardieflex yung kisame.

I like this simple design pero i dont like yung kotse sa harap nakaparada for safety naiisip ko yung mga freak accident.
pag sa gilid naman parking matatakpan yung bintana. So parking eh dapat may iba pa lote na hindi dikit sa house.
Look at the balance ng airflow bintana. Dulo-dulo yan tatagos no recirculate air.
I wonder what the engineers, architects, contractors can say about this house?
Ngayon lang ako nakakita na ground floor is just the maids room and stairs?!?! This is NOT senior/pwd or even normal person friendlyImagine having to carry groceries or appliances when the living room, kitchen and dining room are all at the second floor. It has so FEW small windows as well, makes you feel claustro and that must be so hot. Third floor are rooms pero sobrang liit and for a modern house. Kapag nalagyan na ng furnitures, not sure how a bed can fit?
Ang matindi it costs 12.5 million pesos for a 60+ sq m lot?!?! What the heck?!?!
our house was built like that, 50 years ago.
the ground floor was designed to be a garage.
we had to physically bring everything up the open-air-roofless stairs. pity us when it rains. heh heh.
but the rooms above are large, naman.
later on, for the weak of knee,
dad built dwellings in the once-all-garage ground floor.
12.5 M ?
magkano lote at magkano bahay?

doc, I know houses like that, maganda ganyan na design, sa province namin ganyan mga bahay, yung ground floor ang "silong" but like you said, the big difference is open air and roofless stairs, and those old houses malapad ng stairs and the windows are humongous.
Did you watch the video?
I dunno what made the house expensive, kung lote or structure.
