Now they made a re-design of the garage which will supposedly give us the room we need to park. Honestly, I'm worried about their re-design because they moved one of the supporting pillars of the 2nd floor bedroom to widen the garage. I do not know if they actually made a study of the structural integrity before they made their fix.
In case, we are not satisfied with the work, what are our options other than to wait for another one of their projects? Is it within our rights to take our downpayment back in full?
