Contractors,any feedbacks sa pagamit ng Asphalt Shingle Roofing? One great example is yung roofing na ginagamit ng Country Waffle years ago. Nagandahan kasi ako sa itsura ng roofing nila,elegant looking. Just give me some feedback kung matibay and tumatagal siya kasi my neighbor told me that it lasts 2-3 times longer than long span roofing..

yes it does. it lasts at least 20 years. in countries like the philippines, we suggest that you use shingles or roof tiles (clay, concrete, etc) since it is hot here. long-span roofing has less insulation and cant break heat compared to shingles and roof tiles, thus you spend more cooling the room.

tanong ko lang ano magandang gutter king ito ay nasa loob ng house mismo. yung design kasi ng bahay, yung isang parte ng roof nya ay nakadikit yung gutter sa wall ng room sa 2nd floor.

mas maigi ba gumamit ng concrete gutter sa ganitong situation? ano dapat and isa-alang-alang sa ganitong placement ng gutter? may experience kasi kami dati sa parehong setup din, tapos perennial problem ang tulo galing sa gutter kapag malakas ang ulan, and since nasaloob sya, binabaha lagi ang room kung kalakasan ng ulan. walang nakitang solusyon ang architect kundi ilabas ang gutter. kaso in the current setup, hindi pwede ilabas ang gutter. paano namin maiiwasan na mangyari uli yun problem?

meron po ba kayong mai-rekomenda na pang waterproofing? ok na ba yun naka-sahara at naka elastomeric paint na sya? tsaka, may idea kaya kayo gaano kalalim o kalaki dapat ang gutter kung mga 30sqm - 40sqm and roof concerned?

pag inside gutter dapat concrete and 10 in deep by 8 in wide OK na as long as sloping towards the drain. Ensure lang na at opposite ends dapat my gutter drain ka.

for waterproofing, meron yung Boysen just check sa mga hardwares. Meron din yung membrane type...but mas mahirap application. For better workmanship try to contact yung mga professional industrial painters....

Guys, Summer is almost here and am planning to have my house re-painted. Give me ideas naman what color combination ngaun ang IN or uso nowadays...I have a two storey house with a high ceiling/roof design. I would like to retain my Brown color roof..Suggest naman kayo ng mgandang exterior paint combination and interior coloring as well.
