Watertightness is tricky. Misses can be masked by surface solutions short term, yes, but it's the long term integrity we always wish for.
Are you planning gutter-free, sir? If not, external fully welded painted stainless gutters are the next most functionally ideal w/ some degree of aesthetic penalty. Those built midstream & hidden above roofbeams almost always are a source of recurring migraines.
And Odette, she taught new lessons. Many of those w/ tall glass openings on high elevations did not stand a chance. Factor higher wind-load tolerance in, if you can. Stone-coated metal roofs showed their superior wind resistance & worth above other roofing types.
Apologies for going on & on. I'm definite you got everything covered. Enjoy the journey, good sir.[emoji4][emoji120]
