Plain render. No materiality yet. Gonna change some windows to make them floor to ceiling. But this is the base look.

Its a 4 bedroom house with some nice views which i want to take advantage of.

The property is on a slope so no choice but to build multi level.

Iyong water tank sa rooftop, ground level, or underground? Maganda nga may water tank at solar for emergencies.
