Its a 4 bedroom house with some nice views which i want to take advantage of.

The property is on a slope so no choice but to build multi level.

Starting soon. Hopefully! received_387963073211495.jpgreceived_5217300648350993.jpgreceived_376903667881012.jpgreceived_410742800851407.jpg

Grats, sir. Unsolicited 2cents...Please pay extra care & attention to exposed suspended slab thicknesses(do thicker than designed or necessary); integral waterproofing; your monolithic pour skeds(time/weather); curing; slopes(for surface water drains: opt free-fall or, if you can't, go trenches, never isolated drains); & more surface waterproofing. Choose your outdoor deck & pool materials really well. These will help lessen your periodic upkeep & risk of extensive collateral damage. Water is life but can be 1 of every home's worst enemies... like termites.
