I have an EFB in my car without any start/stop tech because I hardly use it now and the price difference vs standard is only around 800 pesos. Most luxury cars have AGMs as OEM as they are loaded with a lot more electronics vs mainstream brands.
agree sir.. if there are EFB options with almost the same price range with regular batt.. i will opt for EFB due to their durability.. but mazda owners with no immediate access to EFB need not to worry on using regular batt.. i think some owners worry that it may affect their charging system..

what i would like to know is how those LiFeP04 "smart" batteries perform with regular cars and cars with i-stop system..
