i dont know gaano ka reliable, pero sabi ng SA ko 4km daw yung naka record sa odometer ko nung kinuha ko yung m2 sedan m/t ko sa kanila

hmmm mali ata ah. diba dapat full tank mo muna kotse mo, reset trip meter, drive for 100km, then full tank ulit, take down how many liters was consumed, then divide the 100km with the liters consumed.

ako i put 10 liters of gas sa m2 sedan m/t ko when i received it sa greenhills dealer, although i dont recall yung km sa odometer, naka 110km na ako, kaka 1 bar palang. sabi sa manual, mag flash yung 1 bar and yung letter E pag "malapit" na maubos yung gas. pag nawala yung 1 bar at yung letter E nalang natitira mag flash, you better get gas na, pero tatakbo pa car.

will post my fuel consumption (with all the traffic dito sa emilio aguinaldo highway) when i get back tomorrow!

took my m2 sedan to nagusbu, batangas this holy week. saw a green m2 hatch and a red m2 hatch, pero wala parin sedan hehehe

will post my fuel consumption (with all the traffic dito sa emilio aguinaldo highway) when i get back tomorrow!

ewan, wasnt aware na bawal? mga 100km yung mileage when i took her to nasugbu batangas, ngayon nasa 220km na ata. sabi ng manual basta wag mo hatawin ng hatawin (revolution), in the first 1000 km.

Hey guys. Used to be a lurker here. Now posting my first post. Anyway, I bought an M2 sedan AT (metropolitan gray) before the holy week. Drove around Laguna for visita iglesia and some places. My ODO now is at 300kM. My FC so far is about 9kM/L mixed driving with lotsa holyweek traffic. I'm still to compute my FC for daily hiway driving and city driving once the work days resume. I love the way my M2 looks. It has a better color than the city polished gray when compared side by side (city 1.5e was my other choice, and happened to park beside me in caltex SLEX binan). The only things they could have improved or included were:

* speed-sensing door locks
* trip computer
* the aircon knobs feel very plastic
* smaller antenna (actually, i am gonna replace my antenna with a smaller one)
* lack of USB, and lcd doesn't scroll mp3 titles. you have to press a button to shift through it.
* the front leg room is a bit tapered on the sides due to the bulk of the console and shift

Things i really like:
* the look and color (that's my opinion)
* the luggage space is huge and the one-push button
* handling is nice just like the new electronic steering cars
* car seat texture and feel is nice
* audio controls on steering wheel
* immobilizer makes you feel safe your car won't get hotwired away
* fog lamps are standard

Anybody else bought the M2 sedan? Btw, for those who bought the M2 (sedan or hatch), have you installed an alarm system already?

how much ba yung alarm? is this necessary considering sub-compact lang yung m2 sedan?

mas parang iniisip ko rear skirt (if meron na), kasi yung pwet ng m2 sedan naka taas sa ibang angle, not nice looking.. hehehe

That should be fine. The only thing you have to avoid AFAIK is staying stuck at a certain RPM level - try to vary it up.

Lots of engines nowadays are already broken-in at the factory, so redlining them shouldn't be a concern.

Nakakapagtaka nga ano, bihira pa rin ako makakita ng grey M2 sa kalsada pero wala nang available sa dealers. Marami raw available na white and silver pero nag-settle na talaga ako sa gray.

Didn't try yet sa QC, subukan ko nga.
