Good Morning, regarding sa tok sound sa left front suspension, casa already installed the insulation sa spring

but sadly andun pa din yung tok sound when approaching elevated road or ramp with wheels slightly turned

left, ito kasi madalas kung daanan going to office, car was only released last Oct 27, I already informed casa

about this and they told me to bring it back

I also hear this tonk sound from the front left wheel area when going through an elevated road or parking slot when turning left. It doesn't happen all the time though. I do consistently hear this "wooosh" sound recently. Could be coming from the suspension area or shock absorber? Interestingly it only happens after a long drive.

anong unit ba ang mostly affected nitong tok sound na ito, mine is 2.0 R HB, I ask my officemate if he is hearing this sa unit nya, wala naman daw, 1.5 sedan yung sa kanya..

Have the engine supports checked. That’s what they exactly did with mine. Insullation then nung nandun pa din hinanap nila and saw that it was the engine support.

Thanks Doc, I will ask them to check it pag binalik ko sa kanila kotse, medyo irritating kasi yung sound considering na bagong bago pa, almost 1k pa nga lang tinatakbo..

Agree. Tried it with the 1.5 hatch wala rin. Sus akala ko ako lang nakakarinig nung tok na yun. Haha. Pag medyo rough yung daan dinig na dinig. Hindi ba sa right side?

For that "tok" sound and you suspect coming from the left side suspension area, have the casa check the engine support number 4. That piece is faulty and have been the one that could easily be damaged. Pasig casa would always put an insulation first. But I think they new what the real culprit is. Go to Quezon Ave casa instead.

Sir, normal lang yata ang ganyan sa lahat ng cars, suspension parts are not made of stainless steel kaya it's normal rust to form around that area.

But compared to the 10 yr old Mazda 3 we have, those rusts at the 1 yr old M3 are much worse.

As what vinrem said, that's normal, jojo sir. Parts are uncoated. If you want some protection w/o the undercoat mess.....Get this product....

looks like rust converter bro
try true value, meron ako nakita doon VHT brand and others; may protection narin kasama yun once sprayed. if you can, better if ma brush yung parts na may kalawang muna.

try true value, meron ako nakita doon VHT brand and others; may protection narin kasama yun once sprayed. if you can, better if ma brush yung parts na may kalawang muna.

A clear film coat of converter & protector.
You can use it on batt terminals; hinges; tracks; latches....It's for chrome lovers, too.[emoji4]

That should be covered. Front bumper skin is around 20ish + painting.
