It would be like damaging your bumper for a product that hasn't proven its long-term worthiness as opposed to the composite relocator that only took me 5 minutes to install and has survived the most extreme weather conditions when I lived up in Baguio City due to my work. 1 year later, the relocator is as good as new. Given my engineering background. The support the composite relocator gives should be much sturdier than a strip of metal only as shown in testa's photo. The composite mount and backplate gives very good support to the highly bendable new LTO plates and doesn't harm your bumper in anyway. I also don't like the idea of metal on paint! Composite is the way to go! Assuming this is cheaper, I wouldn't put my money on it given I already have a tried and true product that I would be more than happy to endorse.
    I completely agree!

I've been just lurking here & I always check this thread.
I learned a lot about our cars from this forum. The good sirs here like Travajante, Geo_S, JohnM, Jut, Yatta & many others have been very selfless & helpful to the forum, clubs & community. Thank you, sirs.

When I saw this post by sir Testament11, I was honestly surprised as he usually shares good advice. It feels like there's more to this than meets the eye. I hope there is nothing brewing & spilling over to a very public forum. I don't wish any ill to anyone.

As my gratitude to this thread & forum, please hear out my opinion on the original relocator I bought from the club when it was first made available. We were all amazed w/ the fit & finish, like it was from the factory. And I installed it in minutes w/o drilling or levelling. So easy. I saw the passion, detail & the effort invested in that mod. To this day, I'm very happy w/ that one time purchase.

It's always good to have options. The copy works but I don't trust myself to drill. What if I miss the center? Hehe. If I'm to need a relocator again, I wouldn't not think twice of getting the one that did not need a drill. It was my car's first mod. I hope the original continues to be made for those who would still like to relocate but don't want the hassle & the drilling.

Please pardon my long first post. Thank you, fellow mazda3 owners & tsikoteers!

Hello sir, It'll be obnoxiously loud at higher RPMs. There's a thread of this in a foreign forum. The OT is selling his delete w/ tips coz he couldn't bear it.

OT=Owner of Thread, sir. Sorry. He was selling his custom delete at a loss. Also, careful w/ disturbing the balance. Removing the 2.0 Resonator has been dyno'd to gain 3whp but LOSE 14ft-lbs of torque. A perceived power mod that resulted in significant losses. Instead of delete, check out RacingBeat, sir. Still have a limited few for hatches. Thanks.

Just like the relocators- there are a bunch of tunes out there.
Unlike the drill relocators who at worst damages the aesthetics of our car, a tune gone bad can be soooo catastrophic. If not reversible and done right, it's like having a defective box of condoms and playing russian roulette.
And that is why it took a lot of research and talking to true blue and not the pseudo "fly by night" enthusiasts who have taken the leap of faith and had OVT tunes that I decided to have my OEM car OVTed.
What can I say? The product speaks for itself. Unbelievable torque even on rolling starts. Improved fuel consumption and I still have one more tune to go!
Oh - and Did I mention the great personalized service?
There is a great viber group of brothers who have been OVTed and are unanimous in saying that the tune IS amazing and incredibly cheap.
May our tribe increase. The good news is now they are doing tunes for other makes too.
    Zoom zoom to OVT!

LTO Mandates Uniform Temporary Plates | ************ - Philippine Car News, Car Reviews, Car Features, Car Buyer's Guide and Car Prices.

UPDATE 1: Again, if the car was released before February 15, 2017, you cannot be fined for using non-compliant temporary plates. But at the same time, the LTO is now on the verge of re-instating the No OR/CR, No Travel Policy so that might be all moot. The LTO memorandum is also silent on potential penalties or fines to dealers, and this is creating a lot of confusion).*UPDATE 2: The LTO just released a statement saying that they will begin apprehending motorists regardless of using compliant or non-compliant temporary plates if that cannot produce a copy of their OR/CR. The fine? P 10,000. Apprehension begins on Monday, February 20).

OVTph just dyno'd a 2.5 Sky M6 with impressive results on the low-midrange where we want more useful power & torque to be.....
Actual conservative gains of almost 40whp & 50ft-lbs in the said range...just WOW!!!!
No hardware. No Splices. Invisible but felt. Safe. Reversible!!!!!

Panasonic Batteries that are made in Japan are available in some Battery shops.
Anyone knows if this model battery is actually an Enhanced Flooded Battery (EFB)?
There is little to no information about it in English as all specs online are Japanese.

If it is, then it could be another substitute for the i-Stop battery.
