Been tweaking suspensions for ages. As adjustment options increase, so will a system's complexity....& we haven't touched on camber, caster, swaybar tuning yet.
On Polyurethane parts, true, they're more durable than your standard stock rubber bush, but comfort gets affected as the material's durometer increases. Not only that, PU requires periodic lubrication, otherwise, you'll hear all kinds of unpleasant noises. Besides, notable PU manufacturers, like Powerflex, have yet to come up w/ gen3 M3 upgrades, last I checked. They might still be in development & testing.
Should you opt for coilovers, you might need a good wrench or shop at your disposal for those frequent checks. Even that initial tune to chase that coilover sweetspot is a challenge to do in a few takes. Brand/make familiarity & experience are pluses here. Not all suspension shops know about every make & model. To cite a sample, I had to supply my trusted Hunter equipped alignment shop w/ M3 alignment specs for them to program.
Unless you're up for the adventure, learning curve, tweaking & maintenance, I'd suggest going the simple HTech route, vinrem sir. Way lesser things to worry about.
Sir Travs, I found a shop or distributor of teins where I'm staying in China, they're the one who will install the coilovers or lowering spring whatever I'll decide, they're suggesting to go coilovers all the way.

One more thing, what is the price for a Bosch europa silver in Manila?

Even with the simple lowering springs you still need to change the shocks to at least shorter struts. Otherwise "tukod" ang aabutin mo.

The HTech drop is mild, Yatta sir. Shortened bumpstops will retain suspension travel. The STechs are a different story. We're not talking generalizations here. Guess, luck has been on my side so far. I hope it won't run out. Struts on my other car survived me beyond 80k kms on mild drop springs & correspondingly cut stops. That's pretty much how far they go....relative to use & abuse, of course.

You can use the stock or oem shocks but like I said may tukod dahil hindi na gaano makakagalaw or play yung shocks like in the longer stock springs. This is what makes the ride harsh or tagtag. Not to mention shortened life of the shockmounts. Kaya kung may pera naman coilovers are best. Lowering springs with oem shocks are ok if the roads are good. But for Philippine conditions, expect a harsh ride and more frequent maintenance. Been there done that, compromise talaga.

Please share what springs & what car, Yatta sir. These are variables we all have to look into. Springs, their type, rates, & drop vary from brand/model/make. On the 3, Tein never even came out w/ STechs.
We're sharing 1st hand M3 applications here. Your inputs, though known, are much appreciated, Yatta sir. Regret that you've seen trauma while others haven't.

Prior to deciding, it would be ideal to include 1 more vital factor.....compare actual ride & drive qualities between HTechs & Tein coilies (FlexZ & Street Advance)...if the distributor there can help you. Locally, our brothah, Manskee, is on Tein coilies while a handful are on HTechs.
Europa silvers here should be around P2k+.

Eibach springs + KYB shocks in a CB Lancer. The ride is ok on nice flat asphalts but once you hit uneven roads... You can tell there is little play in the shocks because there is a rust line where the shaft remains exposed and the exposed shaft is long. Inspecting the older stock shocks used with the Oem springs shows the rust line to be much higher indicating the shaft has a longer play. There are DIY coilover kit tutorials on the web and youtube to get around the problem (search DIY coilovers for 86, Corollas and Locost Sevens) of shortened struts.

Eibach Prokit or Sportline? The former is generally designed for stock struts....Eibach also did not make Sportlines available for the gen3 M3.
Lowering springs are shorter...the rust lines would naturally vary. By how much...that matters. You can't expect the same travel, hence the need to shorten bumpstops equal or beyond the drop. Otherwise you'll be riding on bumpstops...the strut/strutmount-damaging condition you refer to as tukod.
Coilovers are DIYable, I even prefer such or at least be involved in the install....but vinrem is based in China. He'd have to rely on wrenches or the distributor there. Might not be as convenient as we're all accustomed to locally.

If I'll decide on coilies, what Teins coilies are available or best for our rides? What are the coilies of sir Manskee? What's is his feedback or comments?

If you're going coilies, get the FlexZ for full height adjustability, like Manskee's.
Let me quote his review vs. stock:
"Better feedback with steering/handling. At stiffest settings with rear, ride is still comfortable. Wife didnt complain."

Here's the Tein Table of products/specs for gen3 M3. Please note that appx. stock springrates are:
    2.5kgf/mm front/3.0kgf/mm rear.
    HTechs: 2.7front/3.2rear
    FlexZ: 6front/5rear
Street Advance: 5 front & rear

Order from ModFath3r Gilbert. You'll have to paint match the top fascia to your M3 color, boomshine sir
The grille would look much better less see thru w/ a secondary layer of mesh ziptied behind. You can find these in auto parts stores.

Yes, the top fascia and the grille come in matte black. I had mine painted body color and gloss black, respectively.
