57 psi?! that's why everytime i take a new car out of the dealer, diretso pagas and check tire pressure agad...and palit busina hehe. fuel consumption seems bad for a 1.4L car, parang we have the same consumption on my sportage
ive noticed also the same for the sportage, the fuel consumption goes up fast during idle

Yep, I saw one and the differences:
- interior is 2-tone (black over brown inserts and dash, same light gray on top)
- Headlight not projector type combo, just plain big halogen on the center and no front DRL
- None LED on the rear.
- Yes, it has leather seats but only half. It's a cloth-leather combo and I like it
Kia salesman said the front lights set with the projector plus the rear LED alone costs P100,000.00 but I checked eBay and it's around $1,200 for both. Add shipping, insurance and taxes of course and it will add up way higher than that.
The thing with the rear LED is it's unique and looks the ones found on concept vehicles. You can't find the same standard equipped on most compacts and sub-compacts cars in our Country except those from Europe I guess.

so front lights palang is worth over 38k which means sulit na talaga yung 838 with LED and dual airbag pa compared with 800 with leather seats. I heard the other one has only one airbag. not to mention the LED lights on the rear, most likely it cost an arm and leg as well.
thank you for the input.

June 9th, 2012 02:21 AM #699I didn't hear any of the "knocking sound" problem on my Hatch so far. "knocking sound" probably coming from the camshaft area where the valves are located and the problem probably related to the combustion process, therefore quality of gasoline may come into play. I learned that the sound is similar to a manual transmission when you try not to downshift or just delay to downshift when slowing down and keeps on stepping the gas instead kaya the valves make a lot of "timing" noises.
I am curious if the problem happens only on a manual transmission and not present on an A/T because on the A/T, the computer automatically downshifts the right gear for you if you won't downshift it yourself (on manual or sport mode) and thereby preventing the problem I cited above on delayed or not downshifting. Kaya on most pure A/T vehicles, the engine won't be over or under rpm while on a drive.

So advice is magtry muna mag 95 octane. Yan daw recommend nila sa mt 1.4. 95 octane is premium ata pero hindi pa vpowe sa shell? Observe muna ako 1 week pagkarga ng 95.
