    It is standard to replace at 60,000 km check up but did it at 66,000 (was planning to do it at 70k) because I will be going on a road trip up north for Holyweek.

    Masyadong maaga ata yang 60K kms... kung wala naman oil leaks dapat 100K kms ang palit ng timing belt..

    Pa-rant lang ha...

    Our 2007 SWB Carnival A/T bought in 2008 has been out of commission for a week now. Hindi namin dinala sa kasa kasi previously na deny na claim namin ng warranty kasi na-Ondoy yung van... Though the flood never even reached half the tire.

    Moving on to the problem. Last monday, while hinatid ng dad ko sister ko sa airport, may pumapalya na sa engine. so what my dad did was dinahan-dahan na niya, kaso hindi umabot. Pag dating sa NIA Road, wala na, namatay at ayaw na magstart. Obviously, hinila yung van, dinala dito sa houseng friend ng dad ko at dun sinimulan... pinalitan ang starter, pinalitan na rin ang fuel filter, nag series na ng mga battery and still ayaw pa rin magstart.

    Hay... now papatila lang ako ng ulan and I'm heading of to KIA Pasig to ask if they can service here.

    4YO van and hopefully hindi katok sa makina... bad trip!

    Dapat dinala mo na sa Kia Pasay mas malapit.. Ok din ang service nila dun... or you can check FRONTE sa banawe.. Baka makatulong sila since specialty nila is korean cars.

    BTW, sira naman yung motor ng LH sliding door ng carnival ko...

    Sir, care to share kung ano naging problema ng carnival mo at kung anong ginawa para maayos ito? Balak naming kumuha ng current gen carnival kaya reseach muna dito.

    Word of caution.. kaya nasira ang alternator, mababa ang ampere rating ng bateria... Yung mga motolite has a low ampere rating kaya mabilis masisira ang alternator natin... check nyo basta dapat 100amps ... Yung stock battery natin yung rocket is 100amps, ang problema lang ay mahal at madaling masira... Presently, I'm using MAGIC, 100 AMPS siya and mas cheaper.

    This is an eye opener not just for Carnival/Sedona owners but for all. Better check my owner's manual, Motolite kasi nakalagay sa akin right now.

    This is my 3rd bat 2008 mod3l unit ko rocket bat cra pa rin alternator k 37k mileage dpat yta invest in xs power bat 1600 amp mga 15k para sure nbasa k sa sta fe club hehehe mhal ng alt mga 27k din yun

    Where do can you buy MAGIC 100AMPS na battery.. Just changed mi Battery to Motolite (about 6months ago) for the 1st time after buying 3 or Rockets cause its so expensive.... may carnival is almost 5 years old already and with 69k km already... Over all still happy with it as it has taken the abuse of my wife and family... only real complaint is that service is expensive and that the control panel (on ceiling) is made of cheap plastic and is very brittle. so far have been able to fix it with super glue....

    meron ako nabili na 2009 kia carnival ex lwb, kaso wala na siya kasama na vehicle's manual. paano po ba binababa ang spare tire? gusto ko kasi linisin, maputik. saan po kaya ako makahanap ng vehicle's manual nito para magamit ko lahat ng features.

    Sir yung donut tire lock nasa 2nd row flooring sa right side pag nakaupo k sa loob just remove the-small cover tapos jack m nlng pababa then remove mo sa chain

    as new owner po ng kia carnival, ano po ang gamit nyo na battery ngayon na hindi nakakasira ng alternator at saan po nakakabili sa quezon city area? me nabasa ako na magic power din88 or 100 amps, bosch din88, etc. ano po ang gamit nyo ngayon? thank you po in advance sa answers nyo
