Sorry di ko ma post using the app.

The next upgrade I would like to make is to put steering wheel spacer kasi maiksi ung mga galamay ko di kumportable since hindi adjustable ung haba nya.
Meron kaya sa banawe or sa Concord nabibiling Steering Wheel spacer like this Car Adjustable Steering Wheel Extender Boss Kit Hub Spacer Adapter 35 to 65mm | eBay
Um using Carnival 2011 2.9 EX LB. Thanks sa sasagot

Read your manual again for the operation of your automatic transmission.. usually if uphill there is no need to go sports mode and stay in 1st gear.. D will do the job.. use sports mode to lock in gear you want to maximize engine brake downhill or if you need to speed up quickly otherwise D is just fine. There is also a limited time you can safely stay in 1st gear.. any longer can burn the transmission
I believe driving in First gear for a minute would suppose to not cause your engine to overheat. It is still too short of a time. I suggest you have your engine check for cooling system problems especially in scenario's where your engine is under high RPM's. Probably the Water pump, Fan motor, Fan Clutch (if you have one), Thermostat valve, and the Radiator are normally the parts you need to check.
^Agree. IIRC medyo high mileage na ang unit? Perhaps you can do a radiator overhaul. Another would be to check if the fans are working. Once I noticed my right side fan wasn't working. Mechanic said it contributed to the early demise of the AC magnetic clutch too.

Question din sirs: on the drive pansin ko na biglang tumaas yung idle speed from 800 rpm to 1k rpm. When stepping on the brake it goes back to 800 (whether in gear or neutral). All conditions yun kahit naka neutral and stopped or in drive and coasting.
Any other suggestions or theories?
Thanks!

This car's engine number is really a bitch to stencil. [emoji23] The stencil guys at LTO bitched and moaned quite loudly about it. No such thing happened though when I had ours stenciled. In fact the idling is pretty even.
Perhaps you can have it checked by your suking mekaniko or a diesel center if its beyond his capabilities.

You know guys na I just recently purchased this Carnival 2011 second hand and napa notary ko na kahit naka OPEN DEED of sale sya sa original na may ari at kahit expired na yung signed Governent ID nya.
What should I do next para matransfer sya sa name ko? I know I can google it but of cousre baka may alam kayong mas madaling way or place to go para di hassle sa pag transfer.
Okay lang ba kahit next year ko na sya ipatransfer bago mag renew ng registration or kailangan agad agad after ma notary?
Update:
Ok na, checked under the hood and saw 3 unplugged wires.
Pag start nag idle ng 1k rpm for 10-12mins tapos nag settle down to 800 rpm. I test drove it, stayed in 800 rpm til now, so far so good.
Not sure kung ano yung wires na yun and for what. 3 wires in the socket located in front of the engine under the fuel rail.

I'm no legal expert but was the ID expured already by the time the deed of sale was executed? If not, I don't think there would be any opportunity for nitpicking. AFAIK all that are needed are the notarized deed of sale, original OR/CR, police clearance and emission test.
And then again, one of our vehicles had the name transfer just recently despite acquisition last year. One of two IDs (driver's license) was already expired by the time of acquisition. Our friend in LTO didn't raise any stink about it.

San may mura at good brand na SP-III oil for transmission. 10L kasi ung carnival natin, ganun karami ang need bilhin just to change transmission oil?
Pwede kaya to? MAG 1 Full Synthetic Multi-Vehicle Universal Automatic Transmission

Perhaps may naputol or natanggal sa kable?
On a side note, I had Revive Cleaning done on our Carnival (2010 model with 70tkms mileage) at Central Diesel today, and boy was I impressed with the improvement! Before, the best I can describe was that it felt lazy or pigil. Very little response up to 3/4 throttle, and then all out power on the remaining 1/4 throttle, as if there was this narrow pipe that all that power has to come out of and it needed a lot of effort to get it all out. I took it to Clark, Pampanga last 27-29. Throttle input was well over 50% just to maintain 100km/h, but in reality rpm was only around 1700. Full power wasn't really gone at full throttle, or else it wouldn't have measured 145whp stock and 173whp tuned on Speedlab's dyno. The Revive procedure felt like a well needed unclogging that dramatically improved throttle response and power delivery. Here's to hoping that there would be improvements in FC as well. Definitely well recommended for higher mileage vehicles, especially those that spend most of their time in city driving. Also had this done on our '07 Santa Fe (77tkms) and '97 Granvia (172tkms) with very good results, but this one is by far the most noticeable.

Yung saken sir seems to be electronic, may fuse sa panel sa likod. Buo pa naman yung fuse, so im going to eventually check the button on the door.
