good day mga master!!! can i ask a question? ang sister ko naka bili nga crdi carnival 2003 surplus, ang problem nila ngayon ay saan maka bili ng fuel filter na kagaya ng nakakabit sa crdi nila. they tried to ask to a different store in mindanao cotabato at wala silang nakikita sa katulad don. my question is pwede bang e modify yong fuel line instead of using the old type of filter e change to the available crdi fuel filter here? like starex hyundai crdi or carnival model in philippines? thanks sorry po sa disturbo wala pa kasing kaming alam sa crdi tech dito. old diesel kami.. thanks..

guys help naman.. kasi ung carnival ko walang hatak at sobrang itim ng usok.. batangas lang sobrang hirap umakyat pina calibrate ko ok naman.. sira kaya turbo ko?

*mh4dz18 ... even without the turbo kicking in ... there should be enough power to move the car. I suggest you refrain from using it muna and dalahin mo na sa casa.

Have never done that sir pero if you really want to make sure that the fuel is really free from mga impurities, pwede naman. Pero make sure nalang na hindi yung fuel station ang pinangagalingan nun.

Mga sir... newbie po ako dito. We are planning to replace our 2002 isuzu crosswind xuv. Una choice namin ang avanza kasi tipid daw. Fuel expense kasi po eh mejo concern namin. Sabi ng kakilala ko iba pa din daw kapag diesel. Masmura daw maspend para sa fuel. Totoo po ba? Anyway, dahil sa info na yun naghanap po ako ng diesel ulit. Innova is the first in our line since sawa na sa crosswind. Pero napadpad po ako sa kia and nakita ko carnival. Mejo nainlove po ako kasi maluwang ang lood at maganda. Advance pa sa innova. I brought my mom the next day sa kia sta rosa to let her see the unit i fell in love with. Same thing po... nagustuhan ng mom ko. Mejo naignore na namin ang innova. Worth buying po ba carnival? Actually nagapply na po kami for loan. Trade in sana crosswind namin kaso 320k lang upraise nila. Pero mukang papayag na din kami. Haha. Before we totally decide to have the carnival, konting research po muna ako at hingi ng feedback dito. Salamat po mga sir. Alam ko makakatulong kayo samin.

Actually diesel is cheaper kung per liter sa pump ang tingin mo. Pero may added cost ka sa maintenance. Sa kia every 5000km compared sa gas na every 7500km ang PMS.
Considering these 2 factors lang, I dont think ganun ka tipid din si Diesel.
However, diesel engines do enjoy higher torque than comparable gas engines and thats why Id favor diesel more. Ü

If you choose Innova diesel, every 5t kms din ang oil change. Might zip same amount of fuel per km as our crosswind. Carnival is a different vehicle. It's monocoque ( no chassis design), front wheel drive, full independent suspension, and heavy structure would give you a solid comfortable ride on paved roads. Like a wide body aircraft, you'll be treated with a higher level of comfort especially on long drives. On the other side, its 2.1 - 2.25 tons unladen weight, and a bigger displacement 2.9 liter CRDI diesel engine are justifying factors to consume more fuel than the lighter 2.5 liter Diesel Innova. I got last April a LWB EX automatic with an average consumption of 10kms / liter, plying the daily route of Sta Rosa Laguna - Makati via skyway vv.

Hi Dozen, around P350 at approximately 80kms round trip. V power nitro diesel kasi gamit ko. Gradual lang acceleration ko, 90 - 100 kph ave expressway speed.

Is it? I think PMS cost is same lang naman to comparable vehicles. Syempre compared to some AUVs, baka nga mas mahal ang cost ng mga parts.

Congrats sa new ride mo. Observe mo lang kung paulitlit yung di magandang amoy pag bagong start sa umaga. Maaari kasing matagal na hindi napaandar yung a/c sa casa.
