masama yata balak mo a dre. hehehe. post ka ng pic kung may chance ka. judging by the profile of the new model mukhang swak yung grill. unless may nabago sa mounting or measurements ng front ng new carnival.

vanity mirror in console ceiling covered by warranty.mechanism got broken and they changed the whole ceiling console.downside is it took about 6 months to find replacement.

my claim had arrive a week ago nah!... ang bilis ng reply nila...... papagawa ko na anytime from now kasabay ng 25k change oil ko...... thanks kia butuan!!!

Ang AC delco mayroong 100amps.. S1110r dapat.. Regarding Rocket battery dapat sa dealer ka maghanap...

i called goodgear pasay last saturday to inquire about air filter, aircon filter, fuel filter, front & rear disc brake pads, and rear stabilizer link ng 2009 carnival pero bakit ganun? sabi nila hanggang 2006 model lang daw meron sila? ganun din ang sinabi sa akin sa fonte motor parts sa banawe nung tumawag ako. compatible ba parts ng 2006 at 2009? palitin na kasi rear brake pads at worn din rear stabilizer links ko at grabeng mahal sa casa. 4000 daw for the pads at 2500 each para sa links, whew. pls help.

2006 yung carnival natin.. I already bought the oil filter and fuel filter.. Btw, 2009 ang Carnival mo.. Warranty pa yang stab link mo..

N100 talaga ang kailangan sa carnival.. kaso medyo hindi ok ang supplier ng rocket sa columbian.. Imagine mo nung una 11 months ko ginamit ang battery, since 18 months yun dapat pasok pa sa warranty.. Kaso, dun pala sa warranty, nakalagay dun na only 9 months ang full warranty. tapos yung remaining months may charge na.. Initially, Rocket supplier was charging me 5K, hindi pumawag ang kia pasay, to the extend na umabot pa sa columbian, ayun after two weeks, free na..

I just had my 5k checkup last week at Signet Mandaluyong and was charged P3,500 - ok lang. A few days later my driver noticed that medyo hard starting ng konti. I brought it back myself last Saturday to Signet since I naturally wondered if their service had anything to do with this issue.
The SA checked and had a computer analysis. It wasnt conclusive since its possible that its a battery issue or some form of battery discharge (diskarga). I brought the Carnival back today so he could bring it to Columbian where they can check if there is indeed diskarga.
But before I left he told me that he suspects it is just the battery. Then I remembered reading about Rocket batteries in this thread (thanks guys). He told me that Rocket is actually a Korean brand and does not really last long. He couldn't determine what my existing battery was since there was a cover on the battery body but since I bought it new, chances are pwedeng Rocket din or another Korean brand - which does not last talaga. If what he suspects is true, then palit battery lang and since warranty pa, no need to pay. I just need to wait about a week to get the replacement. But he advised me that after warranty, do not get Rocket or other Korean brands anymore.
However, if it turns out to be some type of battery discharge, they can fix it in the plant within the day - I am still waiting for his update.
Still loving the ride and features. Its really a joy to drive it even if malaki. Buwiset lang driver ginasgasan na and nilagyan pa ng dimple.

As what was discussed about the battery.. Just make sure na 100 amps ang battery otherwise your alternator will be damage in the long run.

Hi, good day, my carnival's condenser fan conked out. by any chance would you know where i can get the part? casa is telling me that the whole assembly costs 8400, and that the fan motor is 8K, which i believe is too expensive for a fan.

can any one help?

out of warranty na ba yan??? If no then dapat they dealer should replace it.. If yes, then hanap ka sa goodgear or sa seiring mas mura dun

Familiar ka ba kay MASPRO... dun nagkaproblem ako sa getz parts, good gear, fronte and seiring parehong wala.. nag patulong ako kay sir benjie for the parts... Nakahanap naman...

came from goodgear and i was able to buy a "condenser fan" akala ko replacement dahil yun sabi nila, but it was original kasi doowon tatak niya, and doowon tatak din nung OEM. anyway, i took the fan assembly to Manny at KIA Acropolis, turns out the fan i bought is the wrong one. the one broken was the fan on the left(when facng the van) but what goodgear gave me was the fan on the right.

Goodgear insists that the fan i bought IS the condenser fan and the part i need is a radiator fan. KIA insists the reverse of course. Would you know sino tama? I would be keen to believe KIA however, that would mean na mas malli yung radiator fan sa condenser fan, which causes me to doubt who is right.

anyway, its really not that big of a deal pero sobrang sayang na talaga pagod, oras at gasolina ko sa pagbalik-balik. gusto ko lang mag-rant, hehe... sensya na.

nakakapagod kaya ng sobra ang traffic today. grabe. bukas traffic na naman yan sigurado. sale pa sa MOA. haay.

wala naman po major thing na ginawa *25k pms sir... normal change oil lang, oil filter, cleaning ng aircon filters at air cleaner...... nag request lang ako ng tightenings......


PS... mga sir, saan nga po pala makakabili ng roof rail na fit ng carnival natin at how much naman po??? i got the LWB.....
